  1. Diamondback doesn't have magnetic trims.
  2. Ah. You were talking about the coasters and not the company itself. Using words like "they" can get pretty tricky. Sorry for the confusion!
  3. "Prominent: standing out so as to be seen easily; conspicuous; particularly noticeable." You said S&S isn't a big manufacturer. I said the products produced by S&S and Arrow are not comparable. How are these statements similar?
  4. ^That doesn't mean the products that S&S makes will be anything like Arrow's creations.
  5. ^The paint was never promised to be anything darker than grey. The color was defined as "two shades of charcoal."
  6. ^ Have you seen the lines during Haunt?
  7. ^Flight of Fear and Tomb Raider: The Ride as well.
  8. Why would Cedar Point store their Halloweekends props so far away?
  9. Hey...let's drop the subject. There's obviously a reason for the request but I don't care what it is. The main thing we need to know is that NO unauthorized testing pictures are to be posted here. Period. End of story. Is anyone else getting déjà vu?
  10. Guys...the map isn't about having exact depictions of all the rides. The map is just a piece of paper meant to help people find their way around the park. Nothing more.
  11. Ditto with Flight Deck, Adventure Express, and maybe ~50% of the rides with music. Others though, like Drop Tower and Invertigo, have their soundtracks synced with the ride. When the cycle starts, so does the music. Some rides in the park have(or had) music that synced with the ride automatically(IE: Crypt). But in the case of The Beast, it was as simple as pushing in a button. Is this the reason why Adventure Express' lights and sound are never consistent on a day to day basis?
  12. I chose Looney Tunes because it's such a universal brand. I don't know anyone who isn't familiar with the Road Runner, Tweety Bird, Wile E Coyote, Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny.
  13. I wouldn't be so sure. I actually liked the amount of hang time we got on KI Crypt rather than KD Crypt, though KD's did provide more of an "out-of-control" feeling. KI's felt more immersive, which I think is half the fun, but I can't attribute all of that to Cedar Fair.
  14. I think Apollo's Chariot, Griffon, Montu, Raptor, Wildfire, and Dominator are all smoother than Diamondback. These coasters are also a lot older than Diamondback. The problem with Diamondback, I think, is with how the park maintains it.I think the two rattling areas on Diamondback are the only topics YoungStud and I actually agreed on.
  15. It causes jostling in the trains and it's caused me to get headaches.
  16. Oh gosh. At :10, I hear a rattle like is heard on Diamondback. I HATE those parts. Please tell me that won't be felt on Banshee.
  17. I'll admit I've made my jabs at BB1, but I don't think you speak for the community. While I find the majority of BB1's posts to be ambiguous, I still think that he adds some meaningful discussion to the community. To say that "not many people here like him" is not the right thing to say; I think you could have handled the situation better.Let's be civil, here. Everyone will enjoy this site better if we follow the rules and act like human beings.
  18. ^Portions of the parking lot have actually been receiving attention over the offseason. I think preferred, employee and handicapped lots have been repaved, and probably some patch work in the other sections as well.
  19. I think the biggest issue with this new show is the added anticippointment factor. Many people here were getting hyped up for a huge reveal of the Action Zone circle, but then they were let down by the news.
  20. I don't know why there's a big fuss over bathrooms. All the bathrooms I've ever been in at Kings Island have always been clean.
  21. I would love a Top Spin or a great set of Flying Scooters, but I want to ride Banshee before thinking of a new ride.
  22. Like Boomerang Bay? In no way am I a fan boy about Boomerang Bay. Sure, I like Boomerang Bay, I may allude to it, but do I get all "<caps>hey buddy, you can't say that, you're stupid!</caps>". That's just stupid. I don't disown other's ideas, I embrace them and look at their stand point. I don't go all "YoungStud" on people, I just use BB occasionally for reference, and I like it. Shall I call everyone else who is an enthusiast, a fan boy now under your logic? No, that's stupid, that is almost being worse than a fan boy. I like BB, but at the same time, I like SC too. Which, I guess you didn't know that I like SC as well, so wouldn't that make me not a fan boy anyways? Look at the context, and look at some of my posts, I am in no way a fan boy, I am an enthusiast, something I am proud to be. BB1, an enthusiast of the waterpark at Kings Island, nothing more, nothing less. I can never understand anything you say, BB1. You jump around topics and contradict yourself so much, it's almost as if you're trying to leave your opinions as ambiguous as possible. " '<caps>hey buddy, you can't say that, you're stupid!</caps>'. That's just stupid. I don't disown other's ideas." And then... "Shall I call everyone else who is an enthusiast, a fan boy now under your logic? No, that's stupid." Not to mention you allude to Boomerang Bay more than just "occasionally."
  23. Did you also mention how humble you are?
  24. And they speak Castellano in Murcia.
  25. This sounds like QTV. I know I shouldn't judge it from day one, but I HATE these kinds of things. Even the music in the park is too much. I just want to talk to people, not listen to advertisements and quizzes and whatever else is offered.
