  1. ^ David in past years, you were allowed to order it online and have it shipped to your house. They might still do that, but I don't know. By the way, are you the same David that follows me on my page?
  2. I had a dream shortly after watching the last section of Vortex come down from the other thread that there was some supports showing near the ground. They were still in place, but the track was removed. It was probably supports that held up that final helix. See even with life events happening right now, our minds continue to wonder.
  3. This might be a dumb question, but what construction needs done?
  4. ^ What do you mean? My page isn't evil?
  5. I don't know what to talk about. I feel lost with all the news about this virus going on. I do want to let everybody know I run a page on Facebook called Cedar Fair photo fan page. Please check it out sometime.
  6. ^ You're funny! No seriously though, I like to buy them when something major comes out such as Orion this year. The last time I bought one was for Mystic Timbers. And If I don't use the cup anymore, I recycle the cup but keep the label for my refrigerator.
  7. How long will this delay last? I'm bummed now.
  8. Not trying to get off topic here, but one of those videos shows off just how much work they've done on the land that once occupied Vortex. Is it just me, or does that land seem kind of small? I know once you get the engineers involved in building things, that land will be filled up like nothing ever was removed.
  9. Anyone planning on buying a souvenir cup with Orion on it this year?
  10. I had a dream last night where I was able to do a tour of the park as it is today. What did I see? I found orange track with blue supports. The manufacturer was B&M and they were building in the site of Vortex. I asked fellow tour attendees what type of B&M this was, but nobody knew. Someone guessed that it was a B&M floorless because they wanted to build the route the same way Vortex was laid out since Arrows are slowly disappearing. The lift hill was built weird though because you had one lift hill going up about 100 feet, then turn to the right and go up seventy feet before doing it's drop. That's as far as they went with construction too. They said the announcement would come on a later date.
  11. I'm happy somebody created this topic. I just recently had a dream where Cedar Point modified Rougarou a second time. This time they removed the second half of the ride so they could fix the headbanging issues. They removed track from the mid-course brake run, then started a new route. Now I'm not saying Kings Island will get Rougarou, but maybe they could throw in an element that Rougarou already has. For instance, that bent loop that was hyped up in 2015 is still the only Floorless roller coaster to have a loop like that. Let it be the first Floorless to have the vest restraints. Those vests don't bother me, but I know they bother other people. Kings Island could make it the second longest Floorless roller coaster in the world so that way Dominator keeps the record for longest at Kings Dominion. Maybe they could bring back The Vortex name for the Floorless too. The possibilities are endless.
  12. Yeah I had to be silly for a minute. I've yet to go on an rmc raptor too!
  13. Don, please don't let RMC touch The Beast! That is all thank you
  14. Looking back at last year, I really think that Kings Island has a winning lineup with food. It's hard for me to pick my favorite place as of right now. However, If I had to pick best restaurant in the park, it would have been Miami Brewhouse. The food, the atmosphere, and selection on the menu is perfect in my opinion.
  15. Love the rock and roll music they picked.
  16. I'm sure I'll get quoted here, but that's alright. I want them to keep Adventure Express as long as they can. That ride has been there since I was a kid. A lot of nights when I go, I still see kids running back to get in the queue for another ride before the end of the night. I try to hit at dusk on a summer night so me and my friends can go ride The Beast for a night ride. The Beast is amazing at night!
  17. So what building is the new bathrooms located in from this picture?
  18. ^ My bad. I just felt since it's cold up here, it's somewhat cold down there.
  19. Okay I have a question. Right now it's 30 something degrees in Akron Ohio. What's the temperature down there in Mason Ohio? The reason I ask this is because why film a POV when it's cold outside? Wouldn't it be better to wait to film the POV to say 50 degrees? I'm bringing that up to because there's been talk about releasing a POV any day now.
  20. They could do the overhaul if they wanted to add something like what Carowinds has. I'm talking about the plants vs. zombies show.
  21. When was it's last season? I want to say somewhere in the 2010's decade. CoastersRZ, I bet the kids didn't want to go thru that anymore once they got rid of that.
  22. ^ Yes that's what I was looking for. Now I just want to know where was that located exactly? I know it's where Planet Snoopy is today, but what was it nearby in the park?
  23. I don't want to sound like a jerk here, but did anyone read my reply a few days ago?
  24. I like your ideas dude. The only thing is I doubt they would go the full 200 feet with Steel Vengeance up north at Cedar Point. I would say make it slightly taller than Vortex to pay tribute in a way. My ideal height without interfering with The Beast would be 155-160 feet. It doesn't have to break records as long as it's a fun layout. I love your idea of having the entrance near LaRosa's, but not too close. The reason I say that is, people might get upset if the line sticks out while people are trying eat they're pizza outside. Someone mentioned have the plaza across from Backlot Stunt Coaster. I like that idea a lot too.
