I renewed our season passes in August and used the Fall Fast Lane Plus on Labor Day weekend on that Sunday and it was well worth it. But yes I agree during October it was not of any use,unless you were there last day of the season. It was a crazy last day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looks like another big announcement tomorrow. Last year in Soak City for Tropical Plunge , inside Festhaus announcement for 2017 , maybe they will refurbish Festhaus like Harmony Hall in Carowinds. That would be nice and hoping 2017 season pass should be available to renew or purchase tomorrow after their major announcement. Canada Wonderland is already showing 2017 season pass for sale. I'm amazed that the previous post was in May and the last post in August. I'm guessing due to school back in service is the reason for the early closures. I'm sure next week will be even worse since more schools will be starting. Sigh. Only 1 week till daily ends, August 21. Tragic events and prayers go out to the family. This just is a horrible accident and that more safety procedures. Safety is always number 1 for all theme parks. I've taken more than enough calls explaining to parents that if their kids restraints came undone during Diamondback or Firehawk or even Vortex that we would not be having a conversation about this he would have died. Major difference between airtime hills and zero g's and being ejected. You would be planning a funeral right now if that ever happens. This is such a terrible tragedy and that hopefully new procedures are going to be implemented and safety policies is felt worldwide to double check that restraint or even height restrictions. Yes. A separate Fright Lane is required to purchase to bypass the regular queue line for entrance into mazes. Traditionally the past two years and haven't heard yet officially from the park but it also includes special Skeleton Key rooms to be used. The Fright Lane can only be used once per maze attraction unlike Fast Lane which can be used multiple times during the day. Pricing does vary for Friday and Saturday and park should have ticket specials for admission / Fright Lane online soon to view. I would check the website closer to the 2nd week of September as Haunt starts Sept. 23. And beware the park is closed for a private company event Sept. 24 until 7pm when opens to the general public for Haunt event that night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you purchase a new 2017 season pass, traditionally they have allowed one visit as a benefit of buying early. The park has not released any 2017 pass pricing and usually do so around mid to late August. Check the website around late August.

Due to construction of Mystic Timbers, Tombstone Territory I think will not be a maze this year. I do see a change in one of the outdoor mazes like cornstalkers or backyard bayou this year and maybe more scare actors / fog in Rivertown due to Tombstone being closed.

I am hoping the Eiffel Tower and Racer both get a new paint job and some attention.
