I would like to see a hypercoaster installed. First off, you can't have a giga hyper, it has to be one or the other. Two, try checking your spelling before you post. And, before you call me a school teacher, spelling and grammar are part of the terms of service that you agreed to when signing up. Not trying to be mean, but it helps in reading your post and making sense of the point you are trying to get across.

First off, whomever said TTD rolls back all of the time is completely wrong. There are rollbacks, but not that many. Familyman, I think Adventure Express reaches about 40mph or so which is how fast IJ:ST will go.

AZ Kinda Guy is correct. Coasters cannot operate in temps of 32 degrees. Who wants to ride coasters when it's that cold anyway?

Yeah, the Eiffel Tower was never that color. It's always been the same color you see today. Although, The Racer was painted those colors.

Well, I see your point. But with the limited operation that PKI has has so far, I can't see how you can possibly tell whether or not the smoking designated areas are working or not. I would think looking back at the end of this season would give you a better picture of whether or not it's working.

^I agree. There's no need to be assinine about it. If I see you smoking in line, I'll be sure the employees know about it and either you will quit smoking in line or be ejected from the park. How does that sound? Yes, he has a right to discuss the smoking issue, but I think he should voice his opinion in the correct thread. This topic is about him returning to PKI after two years, not smoking in the park.

To me, some of the best are 50 cent and G UNIT, Jay Z, DMX, Jadakiss, The Game. The problem is, every rapper wants to start their own record label and they sign all of their friends, regardless of talent.

I agree with PKIVortex, it is not necessary to staple people on the ride. It is not for my own safety. Two more clicks on the OTSR's is not making a difference when you were already secure to begin with. Now, I will agree that the ride ops need to step in when someone has not pulled it down far enough, but if it is at a comfortable level and is acceptably secure, then stapling is only going to tick someone off. Last time I was stapled on a ride, it hurt like hell and I had to stop afterwards to recouperate from the pain. This is not acceptable or comfortable as a guest and nearly ruined the rest of my day. Not cool.

Well, Legend Rider, I'm not sure about why Arrow did not make banked curves for The Bat, but it was a hard lesson learned. It was also the first of its' kind. I do know that originally, Arrow thought that they would be able to make a looping version of their suspended coaster. "It was the log flume that got taken out and TR:TR sits where it was." No, the log flume is still there. It is now themed to Wild Thornberry's. Kenton Cove's Keelboat Canal was removed for Tomb Raider.

I am sure that the speeds are still being adjusted. You don't want this coaster to go so fast that you miss all of the cool theming. Maybe you guys need a reminder of one fact; IJ:ST top speed is 40mph (20mph slower than FOF). It is not going to be that fast. I thought that we all understood this. There's a video of it over at coasterbuzz, but this one is much better. I like the new Happy Days Diner.

It is a sad thing to see the old HB characters go. I used to love greeting Captain Caveman at the front gate.

I have heard that it will be pneumatic shocks that create the bumping effect. I also have heard that the cars will fishtail as well.

The Vortex is the same colors. As far as I know, the Eiffel Tower is being repainted the same color as well.

Player, I think the point about BB is, if you are comparing attendance figures, then Soak City should be included because you are counting the people that go into BB in PKI's attendance and some may not even go to the rides section.

"Those are some great coasters and they are not enormous compared to todays standards." They're not? I mean, really, how many coasters are actually 300+ feet? I can only think of Millennium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, Steel Dragon 2000, and Kingda Ka. I think that the hyper coasters are still giants, generally speaking. It's only in a park with a hyper coaster and a giga or strata coaster that would make the hyper seem small. I would like to see a B&M hyper installed at PKI, but I would bet that they would go with Intamin before B&M simply due to the high cost of B&M coasters.
