  1. While I would like to see it happen quickly, it could take years to hammer out a deal with interested prospects.
  2. Yeah, here is the link to the Gerstlauer Euro Fighter. Gerstlauer Eurofighter To me, this seems like the better choice. Click on the simulation and it will show you what they can do via the No Limits game. They actually build them with more than a 90 degree drop.
  3. As far as I know, the King's Island workers whom built The Beast and SOB have only built wooden coasters. I don't think they know enough about about that kind of coaster to build one. Really, if you look at the B&M vertical drop coaster, it really would be hard to build around a car that wide. On the other hand, if you have ever seen the Gerstlauer Euro Fighter, where it holds about 4-6 people, it would make more sense.
  4. I wouldn't think you would need a park map just because they get bought out and change the names of the rides. You should still know where they are located. I collect them just to see how the park changes from year to year.
  5. ^You forgot that there's about to be one here in the good 'ol U.S. It's called Sheikra(B&M) and is being installed at Busch Gardens Tampa. Also, Gerstlauer has a vertical drop coaster that would do the job nicely.
  6. Millennium Force goes at least in the 70-80 mph range around that bank. IJ:ST top speed is like 40 mph, so I hardly think it will be faster than MF.
  7. Does it really take that long to construct new trains? Even if they have to do it completely over? I can't see it taking the next six months to build new trains. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I think.
  8. One of the best trips I had was one where I stayed at the Breakers Hotel. The room was pretty decent and it was only a two minute walk to the gate.
  9. Actually, kong fu guy, Cedar Fair (who owns CP) looks good on the books, Six Flags International on the other hand is not doing so well. And, I'm not sure that SF will ever right that ship. They have dug themselves a deep hole with no end in sight.
  10. I would say that there are still planned themed rides for PKI. I'm sure there has been a plan in place for years. Yes, they are trying to sell, but that could take years to do. In the meantime, they are still Paramount and you will probably see Paramount movie theming until it is sold. Any of the Paramount themed rides could be re-named. You would just have to take out any movie props or references.
  11. I think no Nick show, but I understand that the parade will be returning.
  12. Yeah, it is kinda like a MF curve, but on MF, the banking is still a lot steeper than that. It nearly turns you upside down, like in this pic Millennium Force Bank
  13. I'm sorry, like a sweer? I'm sure it was just a typo. Could you explain?
  14. If I had that kind of money, I would buy it for sure. How many people can say that they own a coaster car?
  15. ^Meaning the people of PKI? Or enthusiasts?
  16. You're right familyman. Why would any of us want a ride removed? I'm all for a new area being opened up and expanding on what land they already own.
  17. Personally, I would love to see the Addams Family coaster installed at PKI. The concept description sounded really cool.
  18. Did you guys read the article? It says that there won't be any delays in the opening of the IJ:ST coaster.
  19. No, a couple is two, several is more. In fact, only one person was injured. Go back to school familyman. It's not bitterness, retard. There's no point in calling Japanese people stupid when it's not necessary or true. They are very strict when it comes to safety and they are very superstitious as well. Here's a link to the discussion on coasterbuzz. Steel Dragon 2000
  20. "Stupid Japanese refuse to reopen it because of the problem it had." First off, the Japanese are not stupid. They are very superstitious and that is why it remains closed. "The wheels broke off and injured several people. It was in 2003." No,it only injured one or two people, not several. Get your facts straight. This is how stupid rumors get started.

    Face/Off

And, to add to that TRTR guy, not only would someone have to come out with coaster paint, it would also have to be worth the cost, which it would not when they can and will go with cheaper paint.
  22. You still sound like an idiot. Do me a favor. Go over to Pointbuzz.com, create an account, and then post about CP running out of room and see how many people rip you a new one and they will prove to you that CP is not running out of space. But, I know you won't because you're scared. BTW, the topic is about maXair and Delirium, not CP running out of room.
  23. Yes, but you are posting about CP and that is totally not related to PKI at all. No one is on a high horse. You need to get over yourself and post something worth reading instead of repeating yourself over and over like a broken record.
  24. I'm not saying that your comments were directed at anyone, family man. But, I come here to read discussions and it gets real old real quick when you keep posting the same thing over and over. If you don't have something new to contribute, then don't post. You're wasting space on these boards. Ok. We get it. You think CP is running out of space. Move on to something new.
  25. SOB TOM, cost is a huge issue with KK and TTD. Those coasters run in the range of 25 million as they are without any length to the ride. The price tag would be even more ridiculous if they were to make them longer.
