  1. On the Sally Corporation website it does say there will be animatronics in the ride as well, so it's not going to be a completely screen based ride!
  2. Boo Blasters did for the first few years but for some odd reason they moved those to the opening graveyard scene in the ride, they also used to play eerie music in the que and they got rid of that too.
  3. I would love it if they would do that! The Boo Blasters que felt so bare without anything like that! Well at least there's the FunTVs....
  4. One thing fingers crossed is for the Maestro returns to booth! (I hope they don't leave it empty for the new attraction.)
  5. I'm satisfied for all Phantom Theater fans like myself for the Maestro to finally be back in the park. Over the past few years it seems like Kings Island has been teasing it, especially Kings Islands 50th anniversary fireworks where the Maestro was literally at the end of it laughing and saying "You'll be back...", as well as the Phantom Encore show, it makes me wonder if they'll have The Maestro and other PT characters as regular meet & greet characters as well, now that would be great!
  6. I'm really excited as well, honestly this is the most I've been excited since the teasers for Mystic Timbers.
  7. I can't count how many times I've been to KI and walk by this game and there is always someone who is bragging they are going to make every shot...
  8. I wonder if Kings Island will do a walk through for a small amount of visitors for Boo Blasters similar in 2002 for the Phantom Theater before the next ride transformation. https://www.dafe.org/articles/darkrides/phantomPharewell.html?fbclid=IwdGRjcAMbXz1jbGNrAxtesWV4dG4DYWVtAjExAAEeXdNQhTPZmblExf2EDIDA-6PjJ4KE3QCTt9_1khv0JjoI2zJgU41B_UAOubw_aem_hQ2Bm8kNrwtiT7lP6XdCbg
  9. I doubt its going to be an exact replica but if it is with today's technology I would appreciate that as well as many other people. I do agree it wouldn't impress everyone possibly the younger generation think the majority would be happy about it. The example of a dark ride done right after returning so many years later is at Six Flags Texas "Pirates Of Speelunker Cave" which if you are familiar with was a dark ride starring these creatures called "Speelunkers" and it was removed in the 90s I believe and as of recently it was brought back and was beloved by newer audiences and it had a whole new story, which if the bring back Phantom Theater is that kind of aspect I think its going to do fantastic. I think the main thing that makes or breaks this is it that decide to bring back animatronics.

  11. We bought the Boo Blaster glasses in the early 2010s for the so-called "3D effect" but to me the effect didn't work and honestly had me feeling dizzy.
  12. For $2, thats not too bad thank you Dippin Dots guy!
  13. I haven't eaten here since it was Hanks Burrito Shack... has anybody ate here?
  14. Its funny how a ride over 20 years being removed from an amusement park is still being talked about, just goes to show you how much this ride is loved and missed.
  15. I honestly would love that! The purple castle that was originally used for Scooby-Doo has been an eyesore...
  16. Yes honestly this is the best teaser Kings Island has given us since Mystic Timbers, I'm actually not sure what the next part of the teaser is going to be.
  17. Rumors say that it has something to do with the Conjuring Haunt attraction which is said to be in the old Crypt building. But honestly I'm not sure...
  18. Lol that is especially funny because I've heard the exact same thing when someone said it about Iron Dragon, but I have seen a turtle in there before.
  19. I loved the Scooby-Doo theming for I am a huge Scooby-Doo fan, was disappointed when Scooby-Doo was removed for Boo Blasters, I remember waiting in line and hearing the Scooby-Doo music in the que and the Scooby-Doo themes outside the ride. "LIKE DON'T CHICKEN OUT NOW, GET YOUR BRIGHT LIGHTS READY, SCOOBY-DOO AND I ARE COUNTING ON YOU!" This is a picture of my little sister, niece, and I standing next to Scooby-Doo.
  20. Is it odd to say that anytime I go to KI, Invertigo is always down? Literally everything I have had a chance to ride it, it seems like it shuts down. I live in Michigan and my family and I have been going to KI since the 90s and I have rode Face/Off/Invertigo a total of 0 times... do I just have bad luck?
  21. Anytime when the Dippin Dots guy is spilling the beans on the new attractions...
  22. Honestly I would like some better burgers at the park not a big fan of ones in the Festhaus, perhaps a local burger restaurant can fill that gap at Kings Island.
