I am going to find out about SOB come June the 7th. I have never tought it was too rough to begin with, and now I'm excited to ride since the retracking.

Why make such an accross the board statement about all T-bar Intamin Restraints? Could have been just a problem with that particular train or coaster. Let's wait to see what the invesigation brings.

This is truly sad because for a small amusement park, this was a big addition. I too hate the fact that it is rusting away. A friend of mine and I have always said that if we ever won the Powerball Lotto, we would buy Camden Park and make something out of it. I think it has real potential, just no financial backing.

Camden Park is in my hometown. I rode the Demon as Thunderbolt Express a couple of times. They did not add an elevator to the tower. Not sure how they got away with that one, though.

I have to agree that this is poor timing. Even though the show is dealing with criminal intent, it still doesn't help with all of the bad media attention lately. And, yeah, I would agree with the post above that if you have watched the news, you have probably heard about the accident at SFNE. But, also remember, this is not the only accident that has occured this year that has received lots of attention.

Yeah, the trains cycle fairly fast, but it is still a good wait once you are in the station. The only advantage is less braking, which is cool with me.

Here's the scoop. I have rode The Beast since after about two years of the opening. If anything, the ride has become smoother. The first time I rode The Beast, it gave me an awful headache. After that, no probs. So, no, The Beast has not become rougher.

I wouldn't worry about the wheels squeaking. Have you ridden Mean Streak at Cedar Point in the last two years? The last two years that ride has been squeaking and making an awful loud noise. I am assuming that the ride is ok since the problem was not addressed.

No, it was just designed for 3. They only fixed up the two because hey! How many times have you accually had to stand in there waitng for a train? Not sure what you mean. Have I had to wait a long time once I'm in the station or just in general? I've waited a long time in either situation. Not exactly a people pusher like Vortex.

I don't think the French would like it because right now they don't like us. Has nothing to do with the colors of their flag. Abviously, red, white, and blue is associated with the USA, not the French. Anyway, I hope they paint it soon. Looks terrible.

Yeah, Screamin' Demon doesn't look very exciting, but believe me, in its' heyday, it was terrifying. It was the first coaster I ever rode that did an inversion and went backwards. The tower was a pain in the butt to climb. I also loved The Bat. It had the coolest trains. Was a much better ride than Top Gun. I also liked the Bavarian Beetle. The helices were so much fun.

Don't really know what I want taken out. But, a couple other people whom posted did not state why. Please finish.

Maybe it was in need of rehab? I know that they usually do that over the winter, but who knows? Not saying that they will rehab it behind Timberwolf, it may be that it will be moved later. Also, how many trains are there all together? Some coasters have more trains than necessary. It could be that they rotated this one out.

I loved the Bayern Curve. Wish that one would make a come back.

I read over at PKICentral that Paramount owns the rights to the Smurfs. I cannot for sure confirm or deny this. I can't wait for the new Smurfs movie. Actually, you can still see the Smurfs here in the states. It is played on the Boomerang Network.

I haven't seen it in person yet, but I think that PKI did a way better job at using the theming. It's easier to do indoors, but it begs the question why they decided to try and theme a rollercoaster. The reason being that PKI is trying to become a major theme park player and the only way to do that would be theming out the wazoo, including coasters. I for one, am glad we did not get this coaster that went to PCW. It's a joke and I would rather have a kid's coaster than that one.

I have to disagree with you pki punk. The Addams Family Diving coaster would definitely be short. It says on RCDB that it is a 2 minute, 40 second ride, but I find that hard to believe, unless 1 1/2 minutes is spent traveling up the hill. Other than that, there is nothing more to Oblivion and this would be a waste for PKI. They have enough short coasters. Time for a long, steel coaster, at least 200 ft. drop. Was wondering, though. Would it be possible to build a 400 ft. vertical drop coaster? That would be cool to be held on the holding brake that high in the air.

Oh yeah, wasn't there a baby Smurf in the cartoon? Who was responsible for that one? . Anyway, I was only kidding...I think the Smurfs will return as merhcandise and the walk around characters. But, who knows, if it catches on and stays a few years, we may see another Smurf themed ride. BTW, where is this REAL cartoon that we apparently never saw? Just curious.

The only way that Hannah Barberra Land to expand would be for the characters to make a come back on TV, similar to the Smurfs. So far as I know, there are no plans for that. I do agree with Return of Yogi on one point...one Smurf girl and a gang of Smurf boys. Sounds like Smurfette would be real busy!

I think the guy attempting to pass the bill is probably talking about maturity. That, I would have no problem with. The problem is, judging maturity. If PKI feels that employee is mature enough to handle themselves in a situation, then I feel they know what's best. Besides, what is an 18 or over gonna be able to do that someone else couldn't? If training is done properly, then that's it. Case Closed.

You can do it all in one day if you don't go to boomerang bay. You can ride all the major rides in one day, but I would go for two in your case since you are traveling. It is definitely not a three day park.

Yeah, Sccoby Doo, I was talking about you and I did forget about Revenge of the Smurfs. A Smurf comeback... too cool. Anyway, I wonder who does have the rights to the Smurfs then?
