Um, CantStopCabron, if you don't like the thread, then don't read it or post to it. Obviously, the mods here have deemed this topic worhty of talking about. People have different questions about different things at PKI. Nobody is wrong for wanting to know whether you think it's boring or not. I for one, don't care either whom does the spiels, but it is a tid bit of info that other people may want to read about.

I did not know the smurfs were returning. This could prove to be interesting. I always liked Smurfs Enchanted Voyage. There's a smurf lover around here somewhere...Where are you?

I hear it will be replaced by the world's first stratawoodie! Besides, The Bat's problem was with the turns. No banking! This is not a problem with SOB.

Glad to hear SOB is getting better. IMO, it was never horrible. After my first ride on The Beast, it gave me a headcahe. A problem I've never had with SOB. It will always be a top woodie in my book.

Why do you think one of the ride ops would have known where she was going if in fact she was suicidal. Do you think someone who's going to commit suicide would let everyone know where they are going to do it? Highly unlikely since I imagine that they are not looking for someone to stop them which would be the only reason to let someone know what you were up to. Which means that they were just wanting attention since they would just be waiting for someone to stop them and they were never serious to begin with.

I have posted on this topic before, I think. Anyway, I don't see it as that much of a problem. CP gets bugs every year, and it really isn't anything to worry about. They are just a nuisance, nothing more. I don't think they bite humans either. Seems like I read something about them liking trees. Can't really remember.

I'm just saying that grieving your parents is far more important than making the fans happy. Yeah, people grieve in different ways, but I don't think that is one of them. I personally like Weird Al. I grew up with the guy on MTV. It just seems strange that he did not cancel any shows. Two years ago, I went to Ozzfest to see mainly Ozzy Osborne and his wife was having a cancer operation. Needless to say, Ozzy cancelled three shows to be with his wife. He did not feel that he show must go on in spite of his wife's operation. To me, that is more suitable than going on regardless.

And when I was a kid, I thought building a lego house was really cool. Truthfully, that was one toy that I definitely got my money's worth from. I liked them because you had to use your imagination. These models are too cool.

I read somewhere that it was stated that she was actually on the track. Why would that be? It's a sad day when something like this happens. Anyone know how many fatal accidents there have been this year?

My point was that it was stated that SF likes to put their floorless coasters on parking lots and you could only name two. That is very small. Now, if it was said that SF likes to put coasters, no specific type, on parking lots, then I could agree.

Yeah, I've heard that the show must go on crap before, but I think some shows could have been cancelled under the circumstances. Anyone who would choose to put on a show instead of grieving the loss of their parents is a fool.

I heard that the PKI Eiffel Tower could fit underneath the real Eiffel Tower. I also heard that on extremely windy days, you are not allowed on the Eiffel Tower in Paris because it sways too much. Glass elevator is definitely feasible and would add a little excitement to the ride.

I was under the impression that the vertical drop coaster cannot do loops due to the design of the trains. So, I would like to know as well what is different about the second generation dive machines.

SOB rider, could you please post links to all of the floorless coasters that are on parking lots? I don't recall SF placing floorless coasters on parking lots other than MM.

Um, obviously some people only watch a few minutes of the show. He makes fun of everyone, not just white people (which I am not, I have never been white, more like a flesh color). He has the crackhead character, he's made fun of RKelly. This sounds like the same old crap I used to hear when the show In Living Color was on. All kinds of complaints about white people jokes when they made fun of everyone too. Jeff Foxworthy sucks. He had about 1 good joke and people have run that one into the ground far worse than any Chapelle joke. You might be a redneck if...you think Foxworthy is funny.

Good idea. It would be an interesting addition. It would probably scare the hell out of me. I hate elevators and drop rides. I can handle all of the heights of any coaster, but I don't like that hanging feeling.

The Beast actually seems as if it is going faster at night, IMO. This is one not to be missed at night. Next, I want to try a SOB night ride. I doubt it will be the same without the terrain.

I know a neighbor I would like to send a swarm of cicadas to.

Has to be The Beast. I would say that this has been PKI's best investment since people travel from miles around just to ride it.

That's funny. How exactly is it against your christianity? I have gone to church for years and I never heard one member say anything about horror movies being against christianity. Anyway, I did see House on Haunted Hill and loved the Hulk coaster going off track. If done properly, I would go see a movie based on a PKI ride.

I happen to like the TTD avatar. Scooby_Doo, please puncuate properly as it is a rule of this site. Your last post was a huge run-on sentence. It's hard to read when you can't separate one thought from another. I can't wait to see what's new with The Beast. Why do people refer to The Beast as a him? I was never aware that The Beast had a gender. I think some glowing red eyes hidden in the trees somewhere would be cool. And, please, people, fight somewhere else. This is not the place for it. Not only that, you make yourself sound extremely immature.

I am 5'11" and have no problems with SOB or FOF. I rode FOF with the shoulder restraints and it earned its' old moniker Flight of Pain. Terrible head banging, and I'm even into heavy metal.

I find that screamscape is pretty reliable. They knew about CP's Wicked Twister and Top Thrill Dragster before any official announcements. And, I also did see the blueprints for TR:TR before the press release as well. All I have to say is that if PKI is going with the Addams Family coaster, it better be a doozy. I won't be entirely happy with a B&M Dive Machine. But, I'm sure the theming will be top notch.

How will lines be? No one can really answer that question. They could be huge. They could be non-existant. It could rain all day, it could be 72 and sunny. Who knows? My point is, no one can really predict what kind of lines there will be. The only thing I can tell you, which all seasonal parks will tell you, is that lighter days are going to be in April, May, and probably real late in the season. From my experience, Tuesday through Thursday are probably going to be your better days.
