  1. The Firehawk number correlates to the ridership, so I would think Invertigo would be the same. Very exciting update! It will be interesting to see this develop.
  2. Doesn’t matter whether or not you think it’s important, it’s still against the TOS.
  3. They aren’t compatible with Nighthawk.
  4. Hmm, I don’t know...maybe because it used to stand on that plot of land?
  5. It’s defunct rides. It’s just dressing up a hideous eyesore to make it look nice next to Antiques, nothing more and nothing less.
  6. We got those at Emporium last year. They’re from a separate company, not even Kings Island.
  7. For the last time...the building was painted for Haunt last year. A new maze, C.H.A.O.S., was added to that building, replacing Board to Death. The building was repainted to go with the new theme and story behind C.H.A.O.S., NOT as a teaser for this coaster.
  8. The station blueprints are already submitted and approved. I know they have been posted on here before. I have them, but I don’t have them with me at the moment.
  9. WHY IS THE TITLE YELLING AT US??
  10. I am going with “no teasers.” It doesn’t take an hour to walk over to that area.
  11. Out of curiosity, how does International Street look? Was everything taken down overnight?
  12. Is there anyone even at the park? It’s been open for almost an hour with no updates.
  13. I guess there are no teasers, then? The silence is surprising.
  14. This can’t really be anything but a giga given this lift hill.
  15. Banshee just opened in 2014.
  16. I’ve worked at Emporium since October of 2017 and we have had those hats as long as I’ve been there.
  17. The park is legally required to file blueprints with the City for construction. Nothing was leaked, it’s all public record. If you want to yell at someone, go yell at the politicians who made the Freedom of Information Act or the ones who made the act that made businesses required to file blueprints before construction.
  18. Entrance will be through Firehawk's ride photo booth. Both the entrance building and sign will be gone next year, at least based off the blueprints.
  19. Here is a photo I took with the building in it from September 30 of last year. The building was repainted to fit in with the new C.H.A.O.S. maze and its story.
  20. I think a non-interactive dark ride would work very well. Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland are widely regarded as the world’s two greatest dark rides...and they don’t have any interactive elements.
  21. I feel like it’s more organized to keep everything in the Decoding 2020 thread until the coaster is officially announced, even if we know mostly everything about it.
  22. It's 40 years ago...but this is exactly what Kings Island did when they built The Beast. The blueprints were not submitted until the day after the announcement, I believe.
  23. Phantom Theater was under Great American Financial Company/Kings Entertainment Company.
  24. Then walk through Rivertown.
  25. Nothing says “frontier Ohio settlement” like Tomb Raider...or “African village” like Top Gun...or “turn of the century amusement park” like The Italian Job. Better theming? Please. They were very good at making thematic messes.
