chaddie Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 The initial weather forecast for the 17th is rain . www.weather.com Quote
Browntggrr Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 The weatherman has a difficult time predicting tomorrow's weather let alone weather 10 days from now. I wouldn't lose any sleep over a 10 day outlook forecast. It will probably change 5 more times before the 17th. Quote

CedarPointer Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I'm hoping for at least a drizzle- the place would be empty! Quote
TH13TEEN Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I think I would prefer sunshine... Drizzle puts me out of the coaster ride type of mood. Quote
HTCO Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Jesus. Opening weekend is still more than a week away and your already freaking out about weather? Oh my. Quote
TH13TEEN Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 ^ I'm not worrying about what the weather forcast predicts, all I was saying is that I am hopeful for sunshine. CrashOverRided: CAPS are kinda' rude. Quote
ChazyG Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 It's been so long since i have been on a coaster. Ill ride even if it is snowing! Quote
bravo4460 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 DONT WORRY now it says its sunnny!!!! last year before opening day it changes i think 4 tiems before the actual day.. no worries Quote
Thrill_Biscuit Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 It's gonna be so sunny, Ima gonna need these Quote
alluna Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I will be there no matter what the weather!! Maybe not getting my face pelted with rain on The Beast, but I'll be hanging around till it lets up!! Quote
Tom76257 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Personally, I only trust the forecast 2-3 days before the actual day I'm looking forward to. Rain or shine, though, I'll be at Kings Island on the 17th guaranteed. Quote
CincyMan98 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 As long as it's not pouring rain, I'll go. If its sprinkles or isolated showers, I'm OK. But of course this is 9 days from now......I remember looking at the weather one time on a Monday, and I was looking at the next Tuesday. They said rain and 50 degrees. About 5 days later, it changed to sunny and 60 degrees - and then finally, it ended up being in the 50s and sunny. Edit: BTW I just checked again and now it's 71 degrees and all sun. Haha. Quote

Predicting the weather 10 days in advance is like running barefoot over a road of thumb tacks "STUPID" IMO. Quote

IndyGuy4KI Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 At least for now it shows it to be 70 degrees for opening day. I am happy about that! Quote
Oldiesmann Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Or perhaps http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=Mason,%20Ohio&wuSelect=WEATHER which is not far from KI. Quote
