The Interpreter
As for exammle King Kobra and The Crypt nuts bolts ect. King Kobra was never at Kings Island. However, at one time the old King Cobra trains were stored in Flight of Fear's drum.

Oldiesmann
intamin is being contracted to change over from steam to their hydraulic launch to launch fighter jets off runways on boats. When FoF first opened, word was that the government was looking into using LIM technology for launching fighter jets. Whether or not that was true, I have no idea, but LIM was pretty state-of-the-art at the time.

HarvestmanMan
I heard they use real Smurf berries to make the blue ice cream. I heard that the dye for the pink ice cream comes from the blood that they wrung out of the elevator cables that killed the guy on the Eiffel Tower. 2spooky4me. bmbillups
I found out yesterday talking to a F. o. F. ride operator that there's a basketball court in the basement of F. o. F. and they store game prizes all the way to old ride parts and trains. They do not have a basketball court. They do have a basketball hoop however. Back when FOF first opened it was breaking down so often that the mechanics would shoot bball inbetween repairs
HarvestmanMan
I heard that they will tear down Congo Falls. I do not believe this but I was told this by a worker at the top of the Eiffel Tower. I wouldn't miss it.

elyk
funniest rumor was when a kid told me (the day of the announcement at around 1pm) the new coaster was gonna be called The Beastie.
HarvestmanMan
On that topic - ever tried to fit two 18-year-olds in a Woodstock Express car? It does not work entirely well. Especially when one of them is an off-duty WE ride operator and is making a fool of herself...

thedevariouseffect
Actually no military context this time...O-6 at CP is Open-6 (well 1800 for me now, whatevs..) So anyways, got on the ride after working until 6. But yes...it is a VERY highly paid military officer....lucky buggers...but with it comes alot of decision making & stuff to do...however still...I'd love that pay
