Kat
After riding Raptor several time over the weekend, I am so ready for Banshee!Raptor is what I call a first generation invert. I can only wish Banshee will be like the sub 1999 b&m's. I just wish Banshee would have restraints like Raptor!
BeastForever
From Kings Island's Facebook: Wow, the track is redder than I thought it was. Its almost like Firehawk. I just asked my brother what he thought of the track. He said it looks "pretty red-ish". No matter what we say about it, most of the GP will think it's red.

I would just squeeze my pecs to loosen up the restraint.

MDMC01
track/support completed so far: This is cool' Agreed; thanks davidw for creating this. Also, before looking at the recent construction pics, I never realized just how steep Banshee's first drop will be.

I have bruises on the front of my hips from them I am a small person (5'3" and 102 pounds) and it seems the restraints don't seem like they were designed to be comfy on small people. Ride On_17
This is getting weird. Anyways, when you see Banshee in person it looks nothing of DB or Firehawk's red as previously mentioned. Haha gotta have a little fun around here sometimes. Disclaimer: I'm not actually in love with an inanimate object (AKA Banshee). I may be a coaster enthusiast but I'd never go that far! Man, do I love sarcasm.

Because it turns, I feel it gives the illusion to be steeper than actually is. I won't be able to know for sure unless the park releases actual statistics or until I go to the park after the drop is constructed and I can see it from the right angle. Don't worry, in several years when the paint starts to fade, it'll be a horrible shade of pinkish.
calakapepe
Or perhaps, that was the plan... to start it darker so that it would age into the correct shade.
SOBwasaSOB
I can't wait to see this in person! Money is a little tight with me being a college student but I will make it at least once during haunt. It's my favorite time of year and I need to see our new addition!

KHFan29
Part of Slingshot is blocking it but it looks like another piece of track is about to go on.
Adventuro
Did they make Clifford shorter? I'm pretty sure they did because you used to not be able to see as much of the top as you can now, they don't need it to be as tall anymore either. Adventuro
Also I'm starting to realize how tall the first inversion and the loop around the lift hill are going to be
upstop
looks like two track pieces are in the air now. They might be through the bottom of the drop by Friday!!!

upstop
They only need to install two more support structures to complete the first drop!....they might even finish the first drop earlier than my predicted Friday! Woo Hoo!!!

Coaster Addict
This may have been mentioned, Is there any word on if Banshee will be available for early ride times for us Gold pass members?
fanofFirehawk
This may have been mentioned, Is there any word on if Banshee will be available for early ride times for us Gold pass members? It probably will, they typically have the premier rides on the early ride time list. Well not their premier rides, but the premier rides, what ever you know what I mean.

calakapepe
I agree! I'm so excited. It's the only thing keeping me from giving up with life and doing nothing hahaAlso, I'm going to guess the drop looks to be 70*
thoe124
Do curved drops have any airtime or is it more of a gforce loaded banked curve feeling? (Invertigo and flying ace being the only inverted coasters I've ridden)
calakapepe
The back might get a little close to 0g on the initial pull over but this looks to be a G force induced drop. Shouldn't be any airtime.
thoe124
Aww I like airtime. But then again that's what zero g rolls are for!
