Including Superman: Ultimate Flight. Many B&M partisans even admit those coasters are, to put it politely, not among B&M's finest. And he should be advised that Cedar Point is a registered trademark, and, as such, is always capitalized. There are also many words not spelled correctly, poor grammar, and, my favorite, the title cards with Insert Title Here.7 points

http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2014/05/19/zoos-heart-of-africa-exhibit-opens-on-thursday.html The new exhibits look to be fantastic... And the Hagenbeck effect in the lion exhibit is one of the best probably since DAK's opening. The region is definitely at hit with visitors: Saturday, the park drew 27,229 visitors, and on Sunday there were 30,791. Also new this year at Zoombezi Bay, the zoo's waterpark, is Baboon Lagoon: A huge water fortress and activity pool complex that replaced the old Barracuda Bay (formerly Christopher's Island at Wyandot Lake)6 points

Also, he says that Banshee has too many loops and that Batman: The Ride at SFGAm has a better amount. Funny, I count two on both rides. Unless he means INVERSIONS, which are not synonymous with loops. But surely he has the correct nomenclature. Any reputable source of information would surely take the time to get their terms right. In all actuality, I think he's jelly.6 points

I just watched the video. I cannot believe what I just saw. Using a construction photo to claim it has no catwalks, other blatant falsehoods, I mean, what was this guy high on? Transmitted from Wild Space via my datapad's DROID brain6 points

Ok a few quick thoughts on that. 1.Its not rough. 2. Im pretty sure its been tested a million times to make its safe. 3. the "long line" was from opening day. 4.Thanks Obama? Really?6 points

It is apparently a cut throat sport trying to secure a chair in the shade when they drop the rope. I've never been at the water park that early so it was interesting. We left already. It was crowded but I didn't mind that. The water was still a bit too cold for the baby. Based on cars in the parking lot I would not want to be on the dry side of the park. Also small side note id imagine someone got fired from Taco Bell this morning. We were there at 10am and it was not open. A lady which seemed to be a regional manager told us it was closed and would take whoever they were waiting on at least thirty minutes to get things.she was not pleased. She mentioned that it was supposed to be open.5 points

Recently, some have been down on it as it has not been up--apparently it wasn't up to it, which many found a downer. Low and behold.5 points

There is no need to keep reposting the video over and over. It's a waste of bandwidth, and gives the creator the attention he so wants. Please stop.5 points

This popped up on the mobile site today (it wasn't there earlier so I don't know when it was added). Go to the site from a mobile device and tap on Best Day Contest. This is all the info I have. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Tapatalk4 points

What does that mean? To be jelly is another way of saying that someone is jealous.4 points

Or go to Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Hollywood. More different, more exotic, more fun.4 points

Unless it is some insane amount, any free roaming cash I stumble upon is going in my pocket. A crazy amount is coming home with me while I try and find the owner. If I see someone drop the money, of course it will be given back to them. Wallets, cases, etc, will be returned to their owner ASAP. Losing one of those sucks.4 points

If the winner is within 250 miles of KBF, they get spending cash instead of the airfare. I think it was around $1600 cash. So, the locals might still be VERY into it.4 points

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but when I rode Adventure Express this evening, I noticed that the "Now you will pay" audio is back on in the last tunnel.4 points

Ask thedevariouseffect. He lost all kinds of stuff in one fell swoop last season. In Soak City. Saved the locker fee, though.4 points

On a more positive note, I want to say great job today Kings Island. Park was clean, employees and management were out ad about. My son is now 1 and I bought a gold pass on a whim today. We (he and I) only went for 3 hours, but it was great. Ride ops helped a fearful dad put his son on a ride by himself. The lil shark loved it! His first individual ride is the off road car ride in Planet Snoopy. Great job today! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk4 points

Wasn't suggesting that they do, my apologies if it came off like that. Maybe they just chose Knott's because it's out there in beautiful sunny California3 points

The grand prize is a trip to Knotts (along with airfare and a couple nights' stay in Cali) but each of ten parks, including KI, have 18 prizes of 4 tickets, Fast Lane, parking, etc. to those individual parks. If you enter a KI based vid, you get entered for one of 18 KI prize packs, one of those 180 winners (10 parks' 18 winners) then goes on to win the grand prize. What I found interesting is that while each of the parks' prize pack is essentially the same, the estimated value of KI's is the highest. So apparently it is the most expensive of all ten parks.3 points

11 year old car, HA. Mine is 20 years and 4 different colors. As for Water Parks in less safe areas, no thanks, I don't really care for them in perfectly safe areas. I wouldn't recommend going down ANY Slides with something around ones neck.3 points

I had a family member post the video last night and say "I hope someone reported this". I told them there was nothing to report. Their response, "these things terrify me so I know nothing about them". Lol. Then be quiet and stop spreading bad info.3 points

All of the materials on the theatre itself say that it's off on Mondays, as did a news article released about the show a few days ago. The show guide does, however, say that there are shows on Monday and that it's off Tuesdays. I think that it's showing today (Monday) because it's Memorial Day, but then will go back to the normal schedule next week however I'm not sure about that.3 points

Yes, just like every other coaster on this planet believe it or not but Lightning Run is very noticeable because it is inches away from the side way. Dragster at Cedar Point is also very noticeable. The closer you are to a coaster, the more noticeably it becomes. If coasters do not sway, they will break and collapse. http://www.wave3.com/story/25611811/kentucky-kingdom-viral-video-doesnt-tell-whole-story-lighting-run-roller-coaster-safe http://www.wdrb.com/story/25611809/watch-video-shows-kentucky-kingdom-coaster-swaying3 points

My dad drove an old Reliant "K" car when I was younger. It got us from point "A" to point "B",and that's all that mattered. Had it parked at his work one day and somebody broke out the back window to steal a 12 pack of Pepsi. Had they tried the door, they would have realized it was unlocked. Driving a beater doesn't make you any less of a target.3 points

I sometimes high five or fist bump, other times I don't. It depends on how obnoxious the group is being.3 points

^ Sways? Like, the track and supports sway? EDIT: One regrettable Facebook search later... There appears to be a video circulating Facebook of the hill after the first over banked turn swaying a bit after a train passes over it. Sigh.2 points

I might need to get to KI yet again this week to see the show before I read too much about it. As a reminder for those who don't check the schedule, there are no shows on Tuesday (of this week).2 points

Yes! Discovery Cove is a very cool experience that is well worth the money. The dolphin interaction is amazing, but it's only part of the experience. From the moment you arrive, you truly feel as if you are on a tropical island; there is no sign of any kind that you are in Orlando, Florida. The lazy river varies from three to eight feet deep and requires you to swim through it (life jackets are available for those who cannot swim), and has some cool underwater photo ops. You can also experience swimming in a saltwater pool with stingrays and ocean fish (for which I HIGHLY recommend bringing a good waterproof camera), or just relax on one of several beaches. All food and beverages are included in the price of admission, even alcohol if the adults in your party are interested in that. I cannot recommend Discovery Cove enough. Do it; you'll be glad you did. I have to agree with jcgoble3 100%! The single best day I've spent in any park (and I've spent a LOT of days in parks over the years) was at Discovery Cove! (Even though hand feeding the rays creeped me out a little :-))2 points

I've even done it at a store before. I was looking at some shoes minding my own business when a couple of teenagers came out of nowhere and said, "High five!" I didn't want to leave them hanging. They said I was they only person to give them a high five in two hours. We talked a little and it seemed like they were good kids just having some fun. Actually it sounds like something my friends and I would have done at that age.2 points

Saw and heard the following on Saturday this week....When at the park I was standing near the main line entrance of Banshee opposite side of the line nearest the rollercoaster looking at the full queue line. "Why didn't they wait for us?" "I don't know." "Well we are going to catch up to them. Where are they?" "They are way back there." "OK, let's go." This caught my attention. So I looked at what they were wearing and the fact that it was neon colored they stood out and were easy to identify. I looked in the line and a couple of queues from the stairs were others in the same neon. The couple entered the regular queue and "excuse me'd" their way through the line. I watched as they zig zagged through the queue and people willingly stepped aside. The next thing they were going under the queues and excusing themselves again. When they got to near the stairs, their group was nearing the top of the stairs... and people just stepped aside and let them pass to the top of the stairs. What took regular guests two hours to wait, these two skipped in less than 5 five minutes....no one did anything. Question is what can you do when some people are perfectly OK with letting people pass by right to the point of the station?2 points

I think the type of people that go to Kings Island are honest enough that if I left piles of cash sitting out it would still be there when I returned.2 points
