I would love to see what the cost difference is between using the old structure versus building new. It seems like there is a lot more labor to use the old.

I think the parks don't want to make the Fast Lane worth it. You make it worth it and the entire product losses it appeal.

Does he get to keep the big card board cut out? That is pretty cool! I feel like Banshee and Diamondback got there alot quicker though.

Sometimes I wish KI would add a playground area for kids back. It would be nice to give the parents a break from running around to send your kids to.

Too many rules to follow. Guest have problems as is. They need to keep the price high so most cannot afford or justify the cost. Otherwise it will lose the value.

I do not bring a towel in and generally just air dry. I usually walk out to my car and change (we have blacked out windows) so I dont have to carry any thing of value inside the park. It can and will be stolen!!!!! I also bring in my yeti cup with out any problems.

I actually recently watched this documentary on arrow. Really awesome and I never knew that Arrow had so much impact on the intdustry. I will leave the surprises for you to find out.

Usually when I ride Adventure Express at the end of ride we used to wait on the break run while the other train dispatched. I have not experienced that this year and was wondering if the park got rid of one of the trains.

How are the park inspectors paid? Are they paid by the parks or by tax dollars? Maybe they need to add a park inspectors tax to each ticket or season pass to help fund hiring more of them.

We promised to take a 4 year old to the water park to watch sing Friday. So we got off work and headed up to Kings Island and we got there about 6:30. To my surprise the water park was less crowded than I though. We went right to the smoke house for dinner which was pretty good. We swam around in the wave pool and went and did the crazy river. Once again we were met by line jumper here with a few groups teens pushing through my son to get a tube. Also since when can you ride around more than once? After that we let our little guy run around the pirate ship play area for an bit I feel the dive in movie was poorly done. First it's geared towards kids and the do not start the movie until an hour after the water park closes. Ever try to sit with a board kid for an hour. Strike two. Only people with a tube which where very limited we aloud in the water. Would have been nice to know this so we could have gotten a tube. So after the failure of the dive in movie we headed over to camp snoopy to catch what rides we could to try and salvage the day. Ended up getting in 3 or 4 rides.

The one and only time I rode it this year (and likely my last ever) the ride was horribly rough. I walked off the ride with a horrible headache. Not sure if I'm just getting old or if its the coaster it-self.

Has anyone here been to the dive in movies in Soak City? How are the crowds and how does it work? We are looking to take our 4 year old Friday.

I am excited for the stunt show. I really liked the dog show last year but the Amazing Doberman's is bad. What could be cool is maybe a "Guest have talent show". The park could pick staff members that are in the stands.

As we returned to the station on a ride with the ride operator asked how was that ride. A guest replies with screaming F word you at the top of his lungs.

We visit Disney alot I know how much it cost to go there. I know we will need more than $600.00 but putting that extra money towards something extra at Disney trip that we normally would not do like stay on resort ect...

Yes the poor customer service, lacking of good food options, and some of the things I have seen guest due and the park just turn a blind eye to them is why we will be taking our $600 we spend on passes to Disney next year. I was on a train we a guest took their seat belt off. The ride was e-stopped for 15 minutes on a lift. Secuirty was waiting from them but did not do anything to the two guest.

Yes the bar still is open and when we dont have our little one we will go to the bar and order instead of waiting in line.

Just becuase the park isn't having financial troubles doesn't mean they dont have a budget.

I am sure they do and I am sure they work with a limited budget. I really would love to see the parks books with this meal plan. I would think they would have to be losing money on it. I would much rather pay $15-$20 per meal and get something of quality versus using the meal plan. If the park is having trouble (which is clear to me they are) running the restaurants why not get an outside chain that would be willing to pay some rent for a spot in the park. You could get a place like Montgomery Inn or something native to the Cincinnati area.

I like the change but I think KI does need a well run sit down restaurant. The Reds Hall of Fame grill was never run well.

Our family isn't rich by any means and Disney deals with these issues the same way. I just really dislike the fact that alot of guest are just rude and dont care about the park.

The problem is that we can only really go on the more crowded days. We visited July 4th as well and had more of the same unruly guest. There was a guest really F this F that FU around in the kiddie area. I turned to him and told him to watch his mouth as my 4 year old doesn't need to hear that language. He told me I dont give a F.
