  1. Rode it in all of its forms. The loop was the most glorious thing on any roller coaster I have been on. Outside of that it was a fairly boring roller coaster with two large helix's that like to take you to the brink of your death.
  2. I would be up for a Sky Ride or any kind of people mover from the back to the front of the park.
  3. Was it really the parks intent to make the GP forget about SOB with the big memorial to the ride at the entrance of Banshee.
  4. I'm probably and odd ball here but I actually l like standing in lines. It just makes the experience that much better.
  5. The only thing roller coaster wise I think the park is missing is a modern looping coaster. I mean they do have Vortex and I love the ride but it is aging. While, we do take our picture of our son next to the batwing every year to watch him grow I would be sad to see Vortex go but I think at this point that would make the most sense for the park from my Outsider view.
  6. Yup, rode it opening day for some odd reason. Waited 2 hours for it.
  7. Does anyone else's visit count not work on their app? Mine still says 0 and that I didnt have the dining plan.
  8. Yeah, the one in Sharon Woods is underwhelming. This one looks very nice though. I would much rather do a walk threw than a drive threw though.
  9. Not sure but it was at least 20 but no more than 30.
  10. I was there as well. I thought the park was pretty crowded durning the day but emptied out around 6:00 after the rain. We road more rides between 6:00 - 7:30 than we did our first 4 hours in the park. Great time though!
  11. Thanks everyone. I was trying to avoid having to go to the ticket windows but it looks like that is the case.
  12. Has anyone used the free ticket with your season pass renewal. We got vouchers for the Fast Lane but not for the free ticket. The park said just to go to the ticket windows and say you want to use your free guest ticket. Just wondering if anyone has ran into issues doing this.
  13. They are getting alot of stuff next year. Might make it worth a visit!
  14. Yeah, Sundays in October used to be my fav day to go. This year I have been twice on Sunday's and it has been packed. Heading up next Sunday as well though. maybe is has to do with the slumping Bengals?
  15. I doubt they would hype up for #whatsintheshed for nothing.
  16. I was just thinking about The Beast and all of the straight track and how much fun that ride is at night. With all the hills and low lying moments Mystic Timbers has this is likely going to be my go to night ride! Can't wait to get through the holidays and start the final countdown!
  17. We were "new" to the dining pass this year and we were able to use it the year before. I don't think your supposed to though.
  18. Its really a bummer that Tom and Chee isn't on the meal this year. I asked about it, and they said hopefully next year!
  19. I used to think Cedar Point was better in almost every way but ever since the KI has added Banshee the park just seems more complete to me. I would much rather take a day to go Kings Island than Cedar Point.
  20. I am about 6'2 and float between 225-240 pounds depending on where I am at on my exercising and dieting. I have never had any issues fitting on any roller coaster.
  21. Yes, its still in Soak City. We took our three year old there and he loved it! While he was a little nervous about doing the bubbles he really liked everything else. I think the park did an amazing job on this! Even only charging $1.00 for a pony ride and having some cheap carnival style games the kids can play.
  22. Yea, I have done SFGAM in a day and we are not too sure about doing that again. We could stay in a hotel but would rather not. Things on the East Coast we didn't want to risk because of the hurricane.
  23. My wife and I are looking to visit a theme park this coming weekend. We don't want to do KI, CP, Holiday World or Dollywood. What else would be within a 4 or 5 hour drive from the i275 loop that we could visit?
