Great American Scream Machine at SFOG floods frequently. It does just fine. The wood coasters with steel supports don't seem to do as well in floods. Several that experienced floods didn't survive to be ridden again...

At the end of the day, the lockers are cleared. If the stuff is not redeemed, I'd presume it is either itself given to charity or auctioned and the proceeds given to charity. In some states and localities, unclaimed personalty goes to the respective government. See also unclaimed baggage at airports. -
