Other than the reasons other people made. I like how it is in such a perfect place. Almost every road leading to the park has a grand view of it. The Highway, Kings Island Drive, even Western Row Drive gives a grand view of our great park.

FoF is not FoF without all of it's goodness.

If Wii owned the park that would be scary. Anyway, I like your ideas Ty, some are a little big but good ideas.

Only on June 6, 2006 will that happen Combat.

I also noticed that when I pick up the map. That was one of the first things I noticed. But other than that I like the changes in the map.

I have only known PKI since 1997 so I have not been able to know all the things they had. I wish I had gotten on King Cobra now that I think of it.

My goodness.... what the.... OMG..... Keep Flight of Fear! Who would really want FoF to go? Never in a million years do I want to see that ride go.

From what I had heard, people are saying that the opening day at PKI was the largest that they had ever seen at any opening day for a park. I had heard so many great storys from people who say they had a great time. I went yesterday and had a blast. If anyone went, does everyone agree that the Adventure Express Crew is awsome? When I was on it they were so enthusiastic and happy. They excited the crowd and made everyone get their hands up and scream as we left the station. Everyone just seemed to have a great time. So yes I am going to say the opening weekend was a huge success!

Great job with the video Bill. As much as I love making movies and editing them I love watching others movies. I love the different camera angles you used while recording Avatar. The song is also a great choice. Great job. I have a feeling this is going to be a great year!

Today was a great day to go to PKI. I decided to go to PKI after school since Homework was nothing so I left at 3:30. The park was not packed nor empty. It was just the right amount. I got my ride on FoF, Vortex, Beast, and the best seat on Avatar! Then I made my way to IJST and got front row, IJ is still one of my fav's! After that I went to Adventure Express and rode it twice. I got on all these in a 3 hour span so you do the math. Avatar was a great ride and for everyone, not just kids. Check it out!

~Ride Count 2006~ Hey, thanks for taking the time to use your energy to hover over the link to this topic and pressing the button, you will not regret it! Let me explain what this topic is used for, and it's very easy to understand. This topic is basically where you keep your ride count for the year! By the end of the season you will be able to see how many times you have ridden a certain ride. When you visit the park and return, at that time would be a great time to post here. Now for the reason that each post is not huge, please only put rides you have ridden this year, if you have not ridden a ride yet don’t put it on your list. One more thing before you go a-posting your count, make sure you keep your ride count in one post and not create a new post every time your ride count is updated, if that happens this topic would be spammed with constant updates with perhaps only one change in the count so please once you post with your count please stick with that one post. Think of it as your assigned post and it's just for you. If you work at the park make sure you don't count your work days as count to your "how many times you have been to PKI". Now I know some people on the site and am not used to how to edit their post. It's really quite simple. Once you post with your count and you need to update it, instead of pressing 'add reply', go to your (assigned post) and on the bar above your post, press the Edit button and it will link you your post so you can edit it. Just edit your count and after all is updated press the 'Submit Modified post' and WALA, your count is updated. It would be also a good idea to press the button that says next to it, "Add the 'Edit by' line in this post?†Remember this is not really a Trip Report topic but a Trip Count topic; keep your reports in the TR forum. Lastly, use anything as a count (as long as it is not to broad, like how many times you played Basket Case in the park). You can use shows, how many times you saw a parade, how many On-Ride pictures you bought. Use my count as an example, the next post down. The ride is above ground the whole ride, I mean the foundation of the building goes under the ground level the the ride does not enter or go under the ground.

The tunnel is indeed gone. I like the sign, I mean it may not be attracting to teens and adults but it attracts the kids!

I voted for Son of Beast. I'm sorry but IMO Son of Beast is a wonderful roller coaster and a great layout full of thrills. It may be bumpy (Depending on where you are sitting) but I have the best time of my life riding it.

I love Coasterbuzz, tells me all the dates. I can't wait till the 20th Birthday next year!

Those kinds of things are really fun. My mom used to do things like that when I was young. She called them Mystery Rides. She would travel there going the long way keeping me guessing where we were going. You could try that.
