  1. 301' of vertical OMGs, huh? Why not 301' of vertical WTFs? Its no more or less offensive. Ah, who cares?

  2. The biscuit has exploded.

  3. EDIT: Comment removed by poster BECAUSE IT WAS STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Now that's about the funniest observation I've heard in a long while!
  5. You know me: I'd pipe in appropriate and/or awe-inspiring theme music to each area of the park.
  6. I wanna see this in 3D
  7. Is it Don Helbig, doing another teaser of some kind? Strangely, the figure looks to me like he/she's playing a violin. Just more fuel for paranormal speculation
  8. Gems. Thanks! Love the music; but I had to re-watch beast with "Wherever I may Roam" playing from my iTunes..
  9. Has the catch phrase "KIXL" been thought of already? That's what I'd call the 2012 season. KI for Kings Island, and XL for 40. Now, IF they haven't thought of it for 2011, then I'd be happy with a return to appropriate background music in each of the areas, especially International Street.
  10. Awesome! I'm a huge fan of dinosaurs, and the small upcharge is just right!
  11. Source? EDIT: I had a very heavy burtation dairson and my eyes skipped over that part. Sorry.
  12. I wonder if this is going to be a track re-design for the coaster whose name is an anagram for "Fatso Bones"? (Hey, there's another name idea for the T-Rex)...
  13. I can't express the new adventures we're going to have in 2011!

  14. I concur with this--I did the 10K this past year and from what I remember, the area around what is seen on the map was significant. My guess is that the red outline is at least a mile or better, and I would doubt they expect many people--particularly families with children--to walk that distance in the heat we sometimes experience here in summer. Perhaps they will re-use the trams that used to take people to their cars to pull guests through the area, but i think walking the complete distance is unlikely (unless they were to add a group of rides as stops along the way, which is unlikely to be completed before the beginning of this season as has been suggested). With gas prices the way they are, I highly doubt they would install anything that required the use of gasoline. No [ahem] fossil fuels, eh?
  15. I call the big one 'Bitey'. D'Oh!
  16. Oh, sorry. ... I forgot to add "and load up on [legally obtained] POVs of your fave coasters wherever possible!" Tb, who just lo♥es this part of the off-season!
  17. Just a fan. Don't know much, but I do like the way they announce things, big and small...

  18. I can see that cabin fever has gripped many a cranky poster... The tone of some has become a bit dreary; but I know that the local weather forecast for tomorrow might bring much-needed cheer. It will (hopefully) make us all go out, take a deep breath of the expected 70° air, start feeling that 'spring fever' in anticipation of the coming season, and, I dunno, be nice! So go out and smell the barbecue that's bound to be in the air, listen to your favorite "Kings Islandish" music, and come back refreshed.
  19. The habit I'll change is looking away from the track (very hard for me to do on O&B coasters) to observe this new marvel. Well, until I get used to it, then I'll probably return to ignoring my periphery for my instinctive eye-lock on the track ahead.
  20. I find your lack of Thrill disturbing.
  21. ^^Bingo! The Eyes have it!
  22. Way to bump us back into the heat of discussion, Terp!
  23. Nope. It looks like an average Canada Goose in pretty much its natural habitat. This goose, though, downright scary:
  24. EDIT... too long, and maybe a little sensitive at the moment.
  25. Oh, man, not another celebrity skeleton show!
