^I wonder why the similar drop on Thunder Road stayed, can't say for Rebel Yell. The drop under the lift structure correct? Thunder Road was built with skid brakes but later changed to air brakes like most other wooden coasters.

Hmm, I wonder if they will use the slab style like they used in places are CGA.

No, looks the same from videos of Media Day and earlier this summer on YouTube. However I will note that additional supports have been added. -

For White Lightning and American Thunder it looks like banked brake runs were a space issue. Maybe not, I will note that older PTC coasters had brake runs on curves. -

Intamin brought Schwarzkopf rides at somepoint according to Carowinds.com and actually Intamin sold the US rides instead of Schwarzkopf. So sometimes Intamin gets credit instead of Schwarzkopf. -

Mean Streak Gets the Axe September 16th

MS is on the other side of the parking lot so to keep SC contiguous that would involve some major reconfiguration including the road. Unless it was huge water coaster with the lift hill staring in Challenge Park. I do agree SC is in desperate need of at least two more towers. 1/2 hour wait for a coaster is one thing, it's just torture waiting that long for a tube slide. I thought the 1% enthusiasts didn't matter? Still skeptical of CF working with RMC but that would be awesome. You must not have caught the Crystal Beach Cyclone reference, Cyclone was converted to the Comet that stands today at Great Escape in New York, later relocated. http://rcdb.com/1522.htmI believe the station, lift hill and brakerun were reused if not more. Marking the footings could mean removal or reuse. However my Soak City guess is not directed tied to MS, maybe as a second capital Annoucement? -

Hmm, GCI or RMC? Crystal Beach Cyclone to Comet? Mean Streak takes up a lot of space. Waterpark expansion? -

A high end roach clip company. That is hilarious. I remember as a kid in the 70s one of the game prizes at SFSTL was an alligator clip attached to a foot long feather. In elementary school we just thought they were silly decorations, by high school we all realized what the park was up to. Forgive my cluelessness but I am lost. -
Where exactly would you wear them? Being KI is the wooden coaster king....those shirts kinda fit the park. Lol
-
I wonder if Triotech will be involved.

Am I seeing things or does the track leading into the shed from the brake run appear to bank to the right?

^^You are correct, I wasn't looking close enough on the first page. Haha, I put flowers on the ground and one on the fence where Thunder Road's entrance used to be. Does Zephyr have flowers nearby?

Swings are going back on, next comes the decorative parts of the tower. It could be back up by Saturday or Sunday.

You may not fit on Diamondback, I am 5'-10" and 275. I barely fit on B&M hyper coasters. You can try the test but they aren't always 100% correct.
