I believe MGM worked with Iwerks to lease it out to the parks but they decided to take it back.

The boost is hardly noticable. You really have to feel for it right as you see the opening of the billboard. Took me 3 rides to see that it was there. I suppose it's there to make sure you kinda "pop" through the billboard.

I think Bill's shot through quicker than the rest of us that night... Anyways, I think the best is Skyline, but the potato wedges come close.
