Aside from the unreasonable amount of money the park would have to spend in order to run these rides for that length of time (labor), there's also the issue of noise ordinance. Nearby residents can hear hints of the park's background sound if it isn't shut off at a reasonable hour (I say reasonable because it depends on the attendance.) This is the reason why concerts, fireworks displays, etc. for the most part must end before 11PM.

Before the "carnival" theme was moved from Coney Maul to Nightmare Alley, it played a 45 minute long track, so it's a bit tough to narrow down your search. If you're referring to Festhaus, those aren't LED. They're Altman Zip Strips and they were put up for Haunt last fall. There certainly isn't a written law on how to use a lighting fixture. You don't HAVE to use a cyc light just for lighting a cyc. Lighting is all about trying different things. There are methods and common practices, but that doesn't mean you always have to follow the crowd... you can change it up sometimes.

I wouldn't say the sound and lighting were upgraded. Certain elements were added on, but the core of it hasn't changed in a while. Don't forget the video rig either... the two projectors weren't cheap.

I meant twinkling in respect to the tower lights. The lights on the front certainly don't "twinkle". I'd be interested in seeing what this new system has in store for guests...

Define "twinkling"... Also, the different colors create visual interest. It isn't always yellow and deep violet. Would you rather have just white light like it used to be before the system was put in?

Those themes were written back in the day with lyrics, they were just aired with instrumental versions. It would look stupid for Way Too Much TV if all they did was dance around to instrumental themes. You have to add vocals.

Everyone's a critic around here ... I personally like the logo. It's a bit of old mixed with new. I can't wait to see the show!
