  1. I wish that I could tell you whether or nor Baby Chef liked the Nickelodeon Parade. Since he is only 4 months old, he can't talk yet. However, since he didn't cry in spite of the loud noise, I'll interpret that as he liked it. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  2. Today I took Mrs. Chef and Baby Chef to PKI for the express purpose of seeing the Nickelodeon Parade. We spent most of the time walking around the park, but did eat pizza for lunch and tried The Chippery which was most impressive. The only ride I managed to get on today was Adventure Express, which was cool as always. Today I saw the Nickelodeon Parade for the second time....and I must say that it is totally awesome! Mrs. Chef gave it a 6 (compared to Disney that gets a 10). Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  3. The photos are awesome. I'm happy that I was able to see the parade in person. If my family is well enough. I'll take them this weekend to see it. Believe it or not, Mrs. Chef wasn't interested in going to the parade until she saw the pictures on PKIC. Way to go Ryan! Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  4. Perhaps I should start keeping track of the number of my visits and my ride times on select rides. That is VERY cool of PKI to treat one of their guests that way. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  5. Should PKI introduce the Powerpuff Girls & Johnny Bravo as characters in Hanna-Barbera Land? Scooby Doo is now the lone Hanna Barbera character at the park. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  6. Personally, I think that Rugrats Runaway Reptar is the smoothest of the steel coasters. However, my favorite is FoF. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:

Today I hung out with my friends Boddah and Dane at PKI. The park was super-crowded....but typical for a good weather Saturday in July. We got there late, but in time for the Nickelodeon Parade - which was awesome! It was a production worthy of Disney. Afterward we rode Viking Fury, Adventure Express, and the Backwards Racer. We dropped by the Chippery today also and it seems like a very nice place. Then we used Walk on tickets to ride The Beast, SDATHC, and Delirium. Without our tickets, we would've waited for a VERY long time for these esteemed rides. Thereafter we had dinner, followed by Zephyr and Grand Carousel. Shortly after, we left the park. It was a nice day in spite of the huge crowds and resulting longer lines. Have a great day! Italian Chef
  8. My top 5: 1. The Beast 2. FoF 3. AE 4. Delirium 5. The Racer Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  9. I'll be there this Saturday and hopefully next Saturday.
  10. I am VERY much looking forward to PKI's Nickelodeon Parade. This Saturday I will see it with at least one friend. And next weekend I am taking Mrs. Chef and Baby Chef to see it. I hope that PKI will hold these parades annually. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  11. I voted for both because they are equally enjoyable, but quite different. I can only ride The Wild Thornberrys River Adventure if (1) the weather is good and (2) I have a lady to ride with. However, the ride is long enough and lots of fun. RRR I can ride at any time with anyone - and it's always fun. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:

A ferris wheel is very much part of a traditional amusement park. Personally, I think that PKI should have a ferris wheel and it would be best located in Coney Mall...which is the traditional amusement park area. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  13. Then you are old enough to buy a bottle of wine.
  14. For some reason, it looks more Victorian than Hollywood to me. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:

FOF because it was my very first loop ride at PKI and TO THIS DAY remains my favorite. It is a ride worthy of Disney for its theming and thrills. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  16. Change anything says you? Well, I'd change ownership of the park from Paramount to ME. Then I'd be rich and create the office of the CHAIRMAN of Kings Island....who would be me. Everyone would keep their job, but whatever money and power that went to Paramout Parks and/or Viacom HQ.....would go to me. I'd be the King of Kings Island. Have a great day! Two years ago I heard a rumor that Wings Diner would be transformed into a Nickelodeon restaurant. I asked Mr. Siebert about it and he assured me it was NOT true. But wouldn't it be cool if it were true? Imagine the Disney-styled Nickelodeon Character meals. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  18. No contest - The Beast. This year The Beast celebrates its 25th birthday and will SURELY celebrate its 50th. Does anyone else think Vortex will hit 50? What about 25? Probably not. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  19. I have brought friends on Bring a Friend Free Day.............and yes it was ALWAYS quite crowded. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  20. http://www.communitypress.com/DeerfieldTow...ne%2030,%202004 Charles Infosino and Ryan Suhr were quoted about The Beast for an article in the Mason Community Press (above). Ryan's quote mentions PKIC. Originally, I submitted a write-up with my quote and Ryan's, but the editor chose to insert our quotes in someone else's article. Hope you like reading it anyway. Have a great FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND!!! Italian Chef :chef:
  21. AWESOME! Congratulations to the entire Siebert family. As a new father I can state that no experience is as moving as seeing the birth of your child. I wish the Siebert family great health, happiness, financial stability, and joy. Congratulations again Siebert family! Sincerely, Charles Infosino aka Italian Chef :chef:
  22. If I answer that question, I'll give up my journalistic integrity and never be able to write about either park again.
  23. It sounds like Beastbuzz was an awesome event. I had to miss it because my family came to town to meet my son. Believe it or not, some things in this world are actually more important to me than PKI.....but not very many. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
  24. The Beast is WAY better than SOB. It's a longer, more enjoyable ride. Additionally, The Beast was built much better and more sturdy than SOB. I expect The Beast at PKI in 32 years from now and beyond....but SOB, I don't expect to be at PKI quite as long. Have a great weekend! Italian Chef :chef:
  25. Whne Mrs. Chef drives it takes us 30-35 minutes. When I drive, it takes about 45 minutes. Have a great weekend! Italian Chef :chef:
