  1. Could it possibly be moving into the Paramount Theater?
  2. Does anyone know where the Work Site is going? I think the Action Zone would be a good fit.
  3. It is a nice sign, too bad noone eats there.
  4. Last time I went some of the stuff under the queue was open and I could see a lot of it.
  5. I have been in the maze of madness for 6 years. It is a great time. I was just wondering because I went in it 2 years ago and it was one of my favorites. You guys do a great job.
  6. Have you worked at the Asylum/Maze of Madness before this year?
  7. This just proves that I ride doesn't need to break records to be fun. I think it looks like a great ride.
  8. Aww, I was looking forward to it under the Tower, but its still good in there.
  9. I remember you saying that a while back, that is why I was surprised when it said that.
  10. Fear Fest Website It seems like it's under the Eiffel Tower to me. The Action Zone seems the perfect fit for the Work Site, just a guess though. *Sorry for all the quoting.
  11. So the Asylum is returning to the Eiffel Tower. I can't wait for October to come now. I really want to see what everything will turn out like.
  12. Is something else going in the tower area?
  13. Glad to hear that you had a great time. I've never been to Cedr Point, but I hope to next summer. -Is it just me or does the entrance to Cedar Point slightly resemble the entrance to a Dave and Buster's? Edit: Oh, and nice pictures by the way.
  14. I was at the park Yestarday and I overheard A Park official talking about some kind of capacity right in front of the rivertown mine company thing. It could be anything, but since some people have been talking about rumors that it may be a haunt I decided that I'd say something.
  15. It's good to hear that you had a great time at Dorney. I can't wait to see what Cedar Fair has in store for Kings Island.
  16. I have to say as much as I like Congo Falls on a hot day, the boats are really disgusting. Worse than White Water Canyon's Boats.
  17. I gave both of them 10s. Nice Pictures!
  18. For the last year it was open the park looked reall clean, and didn't seem run down. I only visited it once when it was still Americana and I remember having a great time. Unfortunately I was to short to ride the Screeching Eagle when I went.
  19. Glad I'm not the only one who felt that way.
  20. I've gone to Fear Fest a few times over the years and this is what I thought of last year. Overall I thought the atmosphere outside of the haunts had improved, but inside the haunts I was greatly let down. I expected a lot more and I wasn't scared once. It seemed like they were really short a people last year. CornStalkers seemed dead when I went through, there was at most 3 actors and none of them were scaring people (let alone attempting to), Headless Hollow, should've been caled Scareless Hollow because I saw about 5 actors and what was the point of this haunt? Well they said you'd be in the woods trying to escape the headess horseman, when did he come into the haunt? At the very end and all he did was sit there, Not very scary. And then Psycho Path, the haunt that frow what I had heard was supposed to be the scariest of all the haunts and the one I was looking forward to most of all. Well I finally get in there after some technical difficulties with the lights, and it was not very scary but the best of the night. The movies in the FX theater were mildly entertaining. It may have been an off night, I don't know. But I thought it was a huge let down. When I went in 2004, the atmosphere outside the haunts wasn't so great, but the haunts actually scared me and seemed well staffed. Overall from my experiences I'd say the advantage goes to 2004, for me at least. But I msut say with all my friends and everything, both years were extremely fun. This year I hope they can achieve a great atmosphere, even better than 2005 and that the haunts will be as scary as ever. I am really looking forward to Fear Fest, especially with all I've been hearing. I can't wait and I hope to make it out to Fear Fest multiple times this year. Oh and HauntGuy, I'll keep an eye out for you this year in Rivertown, you'll have to tell me which one it is once they release all the names of the haunts so I can be sure. Anyways hopefully this year is a lot better. I hope they can retrun it to its former greatness and then improve on that. --Sorry if that's hard to follow, I'm tired.
  21. Oh! So that's why it's still open.
  22. What's up with the cushions on the restraint? Did someone get hungry and and take a bite out of it or something?
  23. I was there today, and noticed the green squares and was wondering what they were for. I also notice new signs on the way into the park that say "Welcome to Kings Island"......No "Paramount's" before the Kings Island. I'll post a report later since I haven't done one in a while.
  24. Last Year's Park Map said nine attractions for Fearfest, and that included Corn Stalkers. The Jimmy's Funhouse Thing in the Action FX Theater was considered an attraction for the Fun by Day part of Fearfest, even though it did run throughout the night, so it wouldn't be counted as one of the nine from the Fright by Night part of FearFest from last year.
