It did for me.I turned my head upside down to see if 5105 is 2012.

KI has now removed the post involving the non-refund of the season pass. Some of the comments were getting out of hand, especially by the boy's mother & friend attempting to convince everyone we were all rude. Oh well....

Anyone remember the 80's movie 'Mask' with Eric Stoltz & Cher? There was an excellent scene involving "showing" a blind girl colors.

^^ I don't get why you would get banned for saying that. SoB has to rank near the top in all-time amusement ride failures. -and- It can reasonably debated that it was not CF's failure. meh. If he doesn't get back to you, or doesn't let you back in, we will start a FB protest page to make them let you back in!

I just don't get why some believe FL is for the rich. Just yesterday, the first of the month, my daughter noticed another girl ahead of us in line at the grocery store. The girl was playing on an iPhone- something my daughter wants (which she will not get, even when she turns 13 and we allow her to have a cell). "Dad, look at all those steaks & crab legs- and she has an iPhone. They must be rich." "Yeah." I then notice mom pays with the Access Card. *sigh* Now, I have no problem with helping those that need it as things were rough for my family some years ago. I DO believe certain criteria should be met to receive help (i.e.: random drug test, actively searching for a job, in school with passing grades, etc.) My long and winded point is: choosing FL does not make you rich. It means you chose to spend extra money because in your mind it will make your day more enjoyable. I only hope those that do choose it, are not doing it for show, and can afford it without skipping out on necessary bills.

^ I COMPLETELY agree. It should also be noted that the park has the ability to track how many times each pass holder has visited. In addition: I applaud you for working through it and not using it as an excuse. Well done!

^ Thanks. You should warn people about laughing when reading the "gay" story. I literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD after reading that, and I'm at work.

^ That is sad. The child's condition has nothing to do with KI's decision not to refund the pass. Also- the kid is gonna be itchin' to get out of the house. A nice day trip to KI just to take in some shows, or even "people watch" would be healthy for him. Now here is my question- why allow the child on a 4 wheeler if his condition is so bad, you are using it as an excuse to be pi$$ed at KI? - Brown. Whose daughter also has been diagnosed with autism, and refuses to give her (or let anyone) "special" treatment because if you give them the excuse, you bet they'll use it.

My First Ever Trip to Cedar Point 7-30-2012

^ You sure you are looking at Breakers Express? -
That brings up an intresting question. Will FL be available for HW or HH given the reduced hours?

I can *somewhat* remember waiting for 4+ hours for Beast in 1979. I did the same for MF in 2000 on opening day.

I really have no opinion what they put in as long as it is: safe, reliable, fun, and I don't need Aleve after "enjoying" it.

Some thoughts: - Year round income allowing larger maintenance staff. - One train/ car can be taken off ride & rehabbed while still operating. As opposed to all rides being down at once at a seasonal park. - Nonseasonal parks take rides down for major rehab for months at a time (i.e. Test Track at Epcot) and have the luxury of picking & choosing which ride that will be, as again, all seasonal park rides being down at once. - Weather. Yes, many things can be accomplished during the winter months, it is just considerably slower than if it was warm.

^If you look close walking up the ramp to the station, you can see the ramp & former exit. I believe the "outhouse moon" is still on a door near the exit opening. The exit let out onto the (current) gated pathway just South of Beast that is now for authorized personnel only. In this pic, instead of making a right down the exit, it went to the left. In this pic (it's hard to see) on the bottom left, you can see the "outhouse" with the moon. The exit went next to that onto the pathway.

Nice info! Notice the color of the last car? That pic is prior to opening day 1979.

There are many things that led to SoB's death: design, plan, loop, contractor(s), investment, materials. The lighter cars were actually an attept to save it.
