We'll I think that if they decide to get rid of Flight Deck than Son of Beast needs to be thrown out with it and if they decide to get rid of Son of Beast than Flight Deck needs thrown out too. Even though I would like to see SoB stay, I still think that with both of those coasters removed, it would make a big space for a future coaster or park area. Complying with the ToS:Huh?

Yes, even according to CF's press release, it was on the chopping block- just not for this year.The park closed the end of October 2011. Luminosity has been planned much longer than that. They go through all the motions to have it open, then a handful of days prior to opening day, suddenly decide more room is needed? Okay....

^^ If there was nothing wrong with it, why scrap it out as opposed to moving it somewhere? -also- If it was all tested & ready for the season, why not operate it for a few weeks given Luminosity did not start until June? They could have easily had a charity benefit a la DT.

The lockers @ CP, which are $12 like KI, now have cell phone chargers for each locker. With any luck, KI will get this handy perk as well.

^ Just so I don't misunderstand- you believe that after: winter rehab, including WC on the map, setting it up for normal operation, Luminosity construction on the midway, placement of the cars back on the track, state approval, testing with employees- Mr. Ouimet/ Mr. John Hildebrandt suddenly had a revelation (as opposed to the engineers that actually do this type of work for CP) that: "Oh crap, this is too cramped". Okay.....

I have had run-ins with employees at: Disney, BGW, & CP. The Disney incident still ruffles my feathers. We were on our honeymoon & stayed at Port Orleans. The we were waiting for the pontoon ferry to take us to DTD. When one arrived, the "captain" asked us where we were going. I said DTD, and she snapped "I'm not going there!". Which was no big deal as we had two weeks & didn't mind seeing (at that time) Dixie Landings. When I said that, she snapped back "That's too bad, you will have to wait.". I actually laughed, and looked at my wife with the " did that just happen" look. After explaining this to the hotel manager, he apologized profusely, mentioned he has had issues with this particular captain, and gave us our own pontoon to use for 2 hours. We were happy & impressed. Whew.... anyway, when a guest has an issue, take it to GR, specifically a manager- not to a forum or FB when it will not be solved in a timely manner.

RWB was already SBNO before the park officially closed. I believe there was a derailment & the ride was never addressed after that. It was auctioned for $2500 to the company that is dismantling it. It's destination is unknown. Given the auction price, my best guess is that it is being sold as scrap.

^ Which is EXACTLY what HW mentioned. They even gave other examples of cameras & phones found at the bottom of Voyage- all broken. That quickly turned into accusations of employee harassment & unprofessionalism since the guest "didn't know" the policies and since it wasn't a looping coaster it should not be a policy.

Too bad you didn't ask for a manager at GR.
