  1. What makes you think tunnels would have helped?
  2. Call it whatever you want, the poster is delusional to believe KI's cost for anything will dramatically decrease due to the state of the economy. I would really like to ask her why she believes KI is immune to the "recession".
  3. Umm... yeah, sure. I agree? What do you suggest for those individuals that have enjoyed hundreds of rides on numerous coasters, "enjoy" SoB, then suddenly have a undisclosed medical issue? The ride has left numerous injuries, even after being "fixed". -moving on- You could attempt on stomping your feet about SoB leaving. It won't change a thing. I suggest to get over it and move on. Also- please tell mccarthysnerd hello, and that I really miss him....

  5. Given the amount of time to make this decision, it leads me to believe there are plans for the area once SoB is gone.
  6. Haslam is a business man and made a business quote as I'm sure he would not pump gas at a local Exxon station. He also has $1,000,000,000 reasons to be a Browns fan and dislike "that other team down the road."
  7. Child please!My dog's name is Cleveland.
  8. I may be a sissy, but I pee standing up.Now what?
  9. ^ It could be, I just happen to stumble across it. Although, this ride is supposed to dominate the entrance, which this drawing certainly does. That pic on FB looks like Sonic the Hedgehog:
  10. I am wondering more about Friday night (reduced hours & rides) & Sundays (reduced hours). Saturdays are a no brainer. Halloweekend Saturdays are some of the busiest, if not the busiest, of the year for CP. Unless you have never been to CP, I would avoid HW Saturdays like a certain group avoids Chick-fil-a.
  11. It did for me.I turned my head upside down to see if 5105 is 2012.
  12. KI has now removed the post involving the non-refund of the season pass. Some of the comments were getting out of hand, especially by the boy's mother & friend attempting to convince everyone we were all rude. Oh well....
  13. Anyone remember the 80's movie 'Mask' with Eric Stoltz & Cher? There was an excellent scene involving "showing" a blind girl colors.
  14. ^^ I don't get why you would get banned for saying that. SoB has to rank near the top in all-time amusement ride failures. -and- It can reasonably debated that it was not CF's failure. meh. If he doesn't get back to you, or doesn't let you back in, we will start a FB protest page to make them let you back in!
  15. I just don't get why some believe FL is for the rich. Just yesterday, the first of the month, my daughter noticed another girl ahead of us in line at the grocery store. The girl was playing on an iPhone- something my daughter wants (which she will not get, even when she turns 13 and we allow her to have a cell). "Dad, look at all those steaks & crab legs- and she has an iPhone. They must be rich." "Yeah." I then notice mom pays with the Access Card. *sigh* Now, I have no problem with helping those that need it as things were rough for my family some years ago. I DO believe certain criteria should be met to receive help (i.e.: random drug test, actively searching for a job, in school with passing grades, etc.) My long and winded point is: choosing FL does not make you rich. It means you chose to spend extra money because in your mind it will make your day more enjoyable. I only hope those that do choose it, are not doing it for show, and can afford it without skipping out on necessary bills.
  16. ^ That's a keeper. Thanks Tb!
  17. Just imagine a Cleveland Browns helmet on him:
  18. Someone used the search feature?? How Original!
  19. That's great!
  20. ^ I COMPLETELY agree. It should also be noted that the park has the ability to track how many times each pass holder has visited. In addition: I applaud you for working through it and not using it as an excuse. Well done!
  21. ^ Thanks. You should warn people about laughing when reading the "gay" story. I literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD after reading that, and I'm at work.
  22. ^ That is sad. The child's condition has nothing to do with KI's decision not to refund the pass. Also- the kid is gonna be itchin' to get out of the house. A nice day trip to KI just to take in some shows, or even "people watch" would be healthy for him. Now here is my question- why allow the child on a 4 wheeler if his condition is so bad, you are using it as an excuse to be pi$$ed at KI? - Brown. Whose daughter also has been diagnosed with autism, and refuses to give her (or let anyone) "special" treatment because if you give them the excuse, you bet they'll use it.
