If it's a coaster it's a shuttle, it goes up a hill over a hump and back down. Not knocking the ride just not sure if I'd call it a coaster.

Look at all the carnival rides they are cute! Just kidding. Nick U is looking really good, I didn't think Avatar was that big, and I'm glad they have 2 sides on Plankton's Plunge that'll help capacity a lot.

Why does everyone have to be so selfish. I remember a time when being a pass holder just got you into the park an unlimited amount of times and some small discounts. No ERT, no double rides (which I never really used because the line was twice as long for those seats and I could either get off and walk around or stay in if they were nice that day). The park isn't going to go to hell in the long run, I'm sure if it is cut, which it may not be, those benefits will be back in the near future.

I'd say there is a very good chance that the parks are sold and theat things are on a way to change. Makes me wonder if IJTC at PKD will get debranded as well...

Chris, Vortex will be removed if it needs to be. King Cobra was the first stand-up looping steel in North America, that's pretty impressive. The average life for a steel coaster is 18 years if I remember right. Vortex will be removed when the cost of running it outways the benefits. Let's face it Vortex won't last forever, but I don't see it going anywhere soon. If it does go i see something big going in it's place. I happen to think Delirium was a great substitute for King Cobra.

That thing shot up so high. I remember when i was working over in HB one time, I sat there and waited for it to spray forever. I couldn't remember ever seeing it shoot, just teasing.

International Street -First off I'd make sure the old lights that outlined the tops of the buildings were replaced and lit every night to complement the Royal Fountain. -Replace the darn Fright Lights so they shoot the laser where you are shooting at, and actually hit the targets, I've never hit the one in the back of the library room. -Add a sweet lighting package to the Tower. Action Zone -Redo the theming on Top Gun, change the trains to Floorless with back to back seating (kind of like Face/Off trains that swing). -Repaint Drop Zone (it looked like crap when it went up who thought up that color scheme). -Retrack Son of Beast (oh wait they do that everyyear) add tunnels on the second helix and the MCBR to the bottom of the drop before the loop. -Add onto Days of Thunder and make it a longer track. Coney Mall -Add a Jump2 where Eurobungy is located and move it to where the Flight Pad was. -Fix the theming on FoF back to it's original, bring back fog before launch, clean up the "Alien Holders". -Add a new 3D movie in one side of AT theme to be determined, and bring back Days of Thunder on Side B (it was so amazing in 2004.) -Repaint Racer to it's old red white and blue retrack the whole ride. -Add a couple flats where Paramount Story was located, rides to be determined -Add Scooters back next to Happy Days so people will stop their whining. -Add a nice lighting package to the Coney games buildings like Cedar Points if you've seen it. Oktoberfest -Fix up theming on Adventure Express -Fix the clock on top of Festhaus, bring back live shows. Rivertown -Cover up Tomb Raider's buiding to blend in with the surroundings (it wasn't supposed to be visible). -Retrack Beast big time, bring back the lake in the center of the first turnaround and the water tower in the station. -Add those boats that spray people on WWC. Nick Universe -Add Sponge Bob Boating Course so people shut up. -Add the Nick Carwash, because it sounded bad ass. -Have atleast 4 characters walking around at a time -Turn Wings into Nicktoons Cafe Boomerang Bay -Add lush tropical theming as promised -Add softer paths -Add a WaterCoaster or a Rollersoaker.

Yeah, I'd almost guarentee it's for Tatsu. If we were to even think about getting a B&M it would not be those colors.

I think they only mean on the launch on Dragster. In rides general knowledge or level 1 training they never ever mention anything about making sure hands are down.

The Nick jokes are getting really old guys, grow up. Also, Racer doesn't use chains to pull it up the hills, they are merely anti roll backs. I saw Racer hang on one of those early this year, and they had to push it up and over.

So true, pretty much all the flat rides at any amusement park can be trailer mounted. Troika, Scooters, Monster, Scrambler, Carousel. The only flat I can not see at a Carnival at PKI are TRTR and Delirium. People are just not happy cus there isn't a coaster like jeff said there was lol.

Because a lot of the people on here have nothing to do in the off season.

I'm glad that you took time to say something that was already posted. I'm not saying I don't appreciate Maureen's efforts, I'm just not all that excited about dirt. NU will be open on time I promise.

I'm sure they could put up the rides in one day minus the concrete placement for the bases. That would take a few days. I'm just not excited about pictures of dirt. If there was like vallies and stuff for a coaster, yeah that would be good pictures, but it's a picture of a big open area of dirt. Son of Beast was about a month to a month and a half late. I remembered riding it at the end of May if I remember right.

I'm pretty sure the problem with TR:TR is the fact that it has sudden stops.

It has nothing to do with the new owners, we have no new owners. They wanted to replace Sponge Bob/ have another movie in Action Theatre, and this is a well done film from what I've heard. Plus this is one 5 minute ride, not a whole area of the park. This is a ride the parents are going to want to ride while they are in the back of the park.

Considering as I haven't seen you in a while or any of the others on this site, I said that, my bad.

I hope not PKI's. PKI's FoF didn't really have a whole lot of trouble this year too be honest, and was fairly reliable. I believe it may be a problem at PKD, mainly because they have 3 LIM coasters now. Who knows?

Being probably the second most informative source on Action Theatre here here's my shot on it. There is a large mainframe computer that has the controls to the seats and controls to start the projectors and sound. There are 2 projectors one for the regular image, one for the other. When the operators press the start buttons it starts the ride program which starts the seats, projectors, and sound. Sometimes they get out of sync and then maintainence will fix it. Answer the question good enough? I hope Matt is satisfied with my answer.
