but, from a revenue stand point it makes tons of sense. Also, the employees have to learn somehow, out of the pan and into the fire. Those long lines wont be noticed as much by those attending a company picnic as they would by a guest who paid full price to attend the park.

no, I havent got mine. I have a feeling they will be out fairly soon. The new hire info and online aplication stuff is online now, and has been for the last week, this monday I believe! We are getting closer, I can smell the funnel cakes and jolly rancher smoothies already!

So, Im the only one to vote Jimmy Neutron, oh well thats me, always taking the road less traveled. I think Jimmy, although I don't like his show, is very smart, and that would be good for a place like Kings Island. Always good to have smart people in high positions.

Have we been? I know all of my posts have consisted of "If, then" scenarios. And most others I have read, read the same. I do see what you are trying to avoid KIBeast, but we both know most of the people on this forum don't accept things without proof, and frame their arguments and ideas well, so I don't think we have to worry too much!

I was watching the nightly news on Fox 45 here, last night after the bowl game ended, and they said the Police are currently investigating a large rock and tree branch found in the enclosure. I suppose this certain rock and branch werent supposed to be there, because you do usually as hard as it is to believe, find those things in animal enclosures from time to time!

There is no way in the world that you just considered the Scrambler, Kings Island's scrambler, as a relaxing ride. I see no reason for this designation, the Scrambler at KI packs a wallop. It is perhaps one of the rides at Kings Island that makes folks the sickest. I also have friends galore who refuse to ride Shake Rattle and Roll not just because it isnt a roller coaster or isnt "fun" to them, but also because it always makes them sick. Relaxing? No. Last time I checked, vometing once the world quits spinning isnt relaxing. I will agree with monster because it is IMO more humble than the other two, and the others you listed as well. I would also add SDHC, and Dodgems to your list however. Now, most all of the rides at Kings Island I would consider relaxing to me, but many, many others who I know, would never consider SR&R or Scrambler to be "mild" even in the least!

I find it odd, that they are open over 2 months for weekends only, before they ever open for full season.

Highschool class, your giving them way to much credit. I know of some Kindergartners that could have thrown out some good names. Flight Deck sounds like a dark ride or haunted house at HH, not a high speed roller coaster.

See I knew most of that, but, Firehawk (the Flying Dutchmen) was supposed to be in the exact spot that it is now? I really did not know that.
