Tanna, i take it that you don't know much about the former park then? Or the ride?

I feel that since this topic is not gong anywhere that it needs to be closed.

Would you want a person who is pose to represent you for a certin company or club bash them and say bad things about them in public fourms?

It is a good waterpark. The issue to me is that Six Flags ran Geagua Lake into the ground a few years before Cedar Fair bought them. I went to the park for the first time when Six Flags owned it. I was not impressed at all. Rude workers, dirty park and it was over priced. Cedar Fair bought it and the park got 110% better. The only issue is that the park went backwards on which side got the guests. Lol.

This is the first i heard that. But i guess that you get what is coming to you when you whine all the time about stuff. Most all companys will do the same thing when you put them down or someone they are associated with down. But he did ask for it in his first post.

I seen that video. I do have to say that going to 18 WWF/WWE events and what i seen, 70% is fake and 30% is real.

One of the coaster makers said that Japan or China wanted some sort of special wood that only that country had to build a wooden coaster with. They said no because of the many issues with that.

Didn't the coaster that beat out Millie Force shut down? Think it was called Steel Dragon 2000 at Spa World.

The last time i was at Kings Island, a teen guy told me to shut up after i told him to put his phone away while we was on The Beast. I said you wanna make me? Him being with his girl said i will. I said to meet me at the picture booth at the exit. He came half way down the exit line with his girl, seen me turned around and headed back towards the station. I laughed at him. Open mouth, put in foot. Some of the teen guys think they are all that because they are with a girl till they get a wake up call. I wasn't gonna hit him. I just wanted to scare him to a point. Which it worked.

I can see Six Flags getting called cheap over this one. They must not have the money to build new rides.

So someone is crying because they got on a ride where the ops were assigning seats? The only sensitive person i see in this thread is you. If you have a problem with a park assigning seats on rides, then don't go anymore. This is a very very small issue to me and i am sure to the park. So what if they are assigning seats on a ride that they never did on before. Get over it and grow up. Alot of people will tell you that Kings Island is packed during the summer and fall for the Haunt. And you should know that. If it fixes the line on The Beast, then we should all be for it. I have seen the line when the park is busy. I am sure that the FastPass made it worse. I as an ACE member myself don't worry about a park assigning seats on rides. I worry about the bigger stuff like people who use cell phones and take pics while on a ride.

Most of the people who post in topics and threads about the way customer service is maybe making a few things up. I'm not saying that anyone on here is. It's just that you hear so many stories about how customer service is at some place. And it's hard to tell if a person is lying or telling the truth about that stuff online or if they tell you face to face if you wasn't at that place when they were. The bathroom issue's are everywhere. Not at one place. I use to clean restrooms at a hospital. I can tell you that the visitors do not care how big of a mess they make anywhere. I think the same thing is happening at Kings Island. The workers can't keep up with cleaning the restrooms due to the 1,000's of people who use the restrooms everyday. Now on to the A/C. The park maynot have A/C or heat in the restrooms due to them having the doors open all the time. It causes the A/C or heat to go right out the door costing money. I know the gift shops and game rooms have all that. But no one is in a restroom for more then 10 mins unless they have a problem. And no one will go to a restroom to just cool off if it is really hot out. I will only do number 1 at a themepark or anywhere else because you never know what is on a seat.

I know that this is off topic. We have a weekly racing series Nascar track in Columbus Ohio. A few years ago, one of the stands fell down hurting some fans. The odd thing is that the stand that fell was inspected by the tracks insurance company the week before. The building and fire people said that the insurance company only did the normal inspection and not the more detailed inspection. The track wasn't cited for anything as far as i know.

There are times like during Spirit Song and Halloween Haunt where the lot is full. I know that 5 or so years ago during the very last day of the season, Kings Island had a bring a friend day for free, the lot was so full that people couldn't find places to park.

A parking deck would not only be more of a bad thing, but would cost too much and take twice as long to build. Concrete costs alot. The park will also have to maintain the deck. And they will have to build the deck starting in march/april due to the cold and winters Ohio has. We had a parking deck built at my work. It wasn't all that big. It took a good 8 to 12 months to get it all done. And it was a 4 story lot too.

Call the park and ask just in case. If you buy/renew online at Cedar Point, then you have to do that at Cedar Point because of the paperwork they give you. But things may of changed. It's good to check to make sure.

I got Snoopy Bucks from Cedar Point after i paid $15.00 over on my season pass in 2005. I used it in the park and loved it. It was like using money i didn't have. Lol.

This Fast Lane could be just a test run. Hence why it was done so late.

I do know that as of now, they are waiting to see what happens with the city as far as the parking lot and stuff goes. That came from the mouth of the CEO of Cedar Fair.

And i thought Cedar Point was the roller coaster capital. I don't see this lasting long with the way the states winters can be.
