The Nail in the Coffin for Mystic Timbers Inversion Theory
calakapepe replied to WillH118's topic in Rumors
Well with the right seats, the body would still be safe even with lapbars.. but heartline would still be used today because its way more comfortable for the riders [emoji14] You can have total laterals, hangtime even, with just lapbars.. given the right seats that hold your knees above your waist and seats that hold a potentially limp body vertical -
Could you imagine if KI had queues like this?

The Nail in the Coffin for Mystic Timbers Inversion Theory
calakapepe replied to WillH118's topic in Rumors
And even coasters that do inversions without intense vertical Gs can have only lapbars.. I thought we were done with this misconception after the 21st century hit lol -
Thunderbird isn't a boring easy wing rider, its actually agile

Yes, there's only two patches and the first drop area where it's evident that a group of trees have been removed! Hopefully those will grow back in time, but I'm sure we could get used to simple grass too like with Banshee.

Vortex Sign Refurbished for 30th anniversary
calakapepe replied to MaestroJr's topic in Kings Island
Maybe new style LEDS for the lift? [emoji14] -
The queue only goes under a small portion closer to the back end of the station. The smaller tunnel between the station and the smallest shed box. If a GCI person made a blog post about whats in the shed, please don't talk about what he or she said.
-
It would.. However, at this point we can see that the shed simply has wooden bents in place. The track is gonna be sitting pretty in one place [emoji14]

Are plane fly-by photos allowed? Thats what they looked like to me so I didnt think twice.. not that its my job to [emoji14]

Nice! That's amazing! Edit. Also it looks like the lockers has a new wooden style covering.. And there is a shelter of some sort slightly behind it

Lol oh whoops

No announcement yet. Usually happens late march ish. Last year there was Cirque Origins, not Imagine, Hollywood Nights, Let It Rock, Off the Charts, and a dog show at the showplace stage.
-
There's definitely got to be vines in that shed. Also blue and or green light. Maybe some roots
-
The rendering, like how the ride seems to be shaping up, has three main buildings. (discounting the two connecting tunnels) The three larger boxes. The storage shed, what I think is exclusively the showroom of the shed, and the station. ~~
-
Yeah unfortunate that its not open during non water park days/ hours... But it seems fairly central to me.
-
If you like rides that are intense, fast, and has great laterals... choose Beast. If you like rides that do all of that but also has more tunnels and more awesome airtime... choose Voyage [emoji14] Cool video. Most people are gonna vouch for Beast I'm bettin. I will not in this context

Bet some people had forgotten all about this! [url= ][/url] https://twitter.com/KingsIslandPR/status/828702388097789952

I think it's the storage shed or the "shed" as it crosses the train tracks. The actual shed is on the same side of the train tracks as the station. Edit yes, The place you circled is just before the shed. The real shed is being covered as I type this out: https://www.visitkingsisland.com/online-fun/webcams-7315_34349
