They wouldn't HAVE to. If they waited until Dinosaurs Alive became extinct, then I agree that'd make the most sense. But if an expansion is something they wanted to do, and they still wanted DA to be separate.. They could relocate some games and wrap around the front of The Racer still missing the access road that'd likely stay to access the north side of the FOF spaghetti bowl.. if you were to sacrifice the current access road between FOF and Racer. It's not impossible to have a fully encompassed coaster. The topography? You can make a deck so the path stays relatively level.. not that hills are something people couldn't handle (see Holiday World and Dollywood etc.) There are other possibilities, I think

Son of Beast Construction Pics and Videos.

I loved the ride (its gimmick). I'm glad it was done. I'm sure close to 30 people would disagree with me specifically.. But it wasn't all bad. -
As in my statement was incorrect Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I'm making fun of you using "your"

Would you like to see B&M redesign Firehawk?
calakapepe replied to SonofBaconator's topic in KI Polls
I'd only wish for B&M replacement if their capacity for their flyers are as fast as the rest of their coasters.. I LOVE the fact that you don't get face down until you're already 100' in the air... but goodness the speed to get those trains out is a crawl most days it seems. I usually skip Firehawk on each visit. I only ride when the park is dead -
Just wanted to share some photos from the train. I think we can rest asured the train wont be altered; the track definitely seems high enough to cross.. and leaving the station should be the lower part. EDIT: we also have a closer idea of how the supports will touch the lagoon. Really tall footings!

Volcano at KD does not stop before launching on any if it's launches. Maverick at CP rolls right into its second launch too. *At fast speeds.. At least that's what I was told by several people before many years ago. I wasn't the one claiming this btw
-
People used to say coasters couldn't roll into launched sections. That even with magnets, a train would need to fully stop first. (I don't believe there is one coming. I just believe it could be done if they wanted to do it)
-
Something changed. But you are right, the height limit definitely changed at some point. I rode Racer at 44" inches
-
Depends on the coaster.. but for most rides.. I will only wait an extra 3 or less runs.. so I don't get front very often. If it's a MUST EXPERIENCE kind of thing though... maybe I'll do wait longer. Though, that was the case for TTD but, last time I tried.. it kept breaking down so when we finally were able to ride, we needed to just get on it before it broke AGAIN.

Yes. That's what i think would work best. No loose articles... hey buy this loose article!Only thing is the price for free refills would probably go up because you get a new cup every time you get a drink, despite not having to make the souviner cups... Though many people enjoy the shareability that the bottle gives.

Honestly. Saving 4 bucks per pop and all you had to do was wash it out... doesn't seem that big of a burden if you're willing to steal other people's stuff, like scum
-
Im not saying that it IS a drop track, but if a track has to be dropped.. it could simply lift you back up afterwards. A lower section to exit isn't the ONLY way
-
I'm sure many have had the thoughts on the overtly objective twitter replies from KI haha
-
The leaked plans didn't specify the footings for the lift or any part of the ride beyond the pre-lagoon portions. As far as footings not directly underneath the track.

Invertigo would be pretty cool to do-- Oh. Uhm..

But do you remember what was said on wlwt back then? https://youtu.be/lhiWLxrPdvQ By the same guy, different apparent reasons. Also- while I could very likely be wrong. I know the majority of my friends always preferred to go to the backwards side. And as a less reliable comment.. i seem to remember lines for backwards to routinely be longer than the forward side whenever I was at the park pre 2008.

Mr. Hart, is that you? -
Very nice curve

So random thought.. how are there so many people at the park right now, knew that the park would be opened.. when the website says it doesn't open till 7pm? It doesn't say HAUNT starts at 7.. it just says 7pm for park hours lol
-
Yeah, and now we're gonna get an RMC in the Cedar Fair chain *I think
-
Speaking of which.. a bent is going up as we speak
-
Oh I know, I'm talking about other stuff that could go on.

I wonder if there's usually good progress.. but it's not until footings and erection that we can even tell [emoji14]
