With the multiple crossovers and interesting support design Diamondback reminds me of some of the B&M hypers I've come across in No Limits. Looks a lot more interesting than Behemoth.

This 4th of July at Kings Island I'm expecting a lot of entertainment and activities going on and maybe even the beginning of a teaser campaign for the new coaster in '09.

High food prices and lackluster food quality seem to be one of the biggest complaints at Cedar Fair parks. A 'fish burger combo' costs $13.99 + tax at Canada's Wonderland. Absolutely ridiculous. Many people were leaving the park at lunch time to eat elsewhere. The Wendy's/Tim Horton's across the street was filled with people from the park. I couldn't agree more. Especially since Disney, Universal and Busch can have higher quality food for lower prices. Calling this price integrity is a straight out lie.

What? I don't recall the audio EVER working at Canada's Wonderland. At least KI had the majority of the effects working, I don't think CW had any effects working last season.

Well, the park opens on April 25th for season pass holders. They really want to get this thing open by then so they have only 6 weeks left to do all the testing and landscaping to get it open. Yes, there are many water parks that I'd say go far and beyond Boomerang Bay. The Schlitterbahn water parks and the two Walt Disney World water parks just to name a few... Honestly, Boomerang Bay isn't anything to write home about in my opinion.

The prices went up with Cedar Fair. Everything is quite expensive now, but I still prefer Wonderland's food options to Kings Island's. The food prices are about the same as every other Cedar Fair park. Here's the menu and prices in Coasters: There's also a Marketplace Buffet in the park which will coaster you about $20 a person and is apparently the best dining option at the park. And although it doesn't show prices, Wonderland's site has all the parks major dining options: http://canadaswonderland.com/attractions/c...ry.cfm?ac_id=37 If you want to get ll the coasters and most of the flats done, you will need two days, especially during the summer. Lines for major rides can easily reach 1+ hours during a week day in July or August.

Wow that's expensive for a pass. The 4 or more deal is not too great either. Since I live 8+ hours from KI and have never actually bought a pass there in the past, has the price for a season pass always been that high?

I heard this between a parent and a ride-op while waiting for Avatar: Ride Op: "I swear to gawd this ride reached the top and almost FLEW OFF THE TRACKS yesterday!1!!!" Parent: *shocked expression*

Another Flying Eagles would fit perfectly where the trampolines are...
