With the recent trends by CF, I would look at them possibly purchasing the former Kings Island Inn land and developing it for out of town guests. They may just get it at a good price since the development that was supposed to go there is having troubles getting off the ground. If you look at Carowinds and CP, they are adding lodging for guests to improve their overall stay. I wouldn’t even doubt CF might pull off something like the sports park in Sandusky down in Mason, maybe on a smaller scale. I also wouldn’t doubt a camp ground returning to KI. Just an educated guess on my part. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

....And add the last bunny hill back to the profile. While we're at it, please remove the plywood walls on the brake run. Thanks.

Kennywood announces Thomas Town

Six Flags Great America has some Hanna Barbera. Spacely Sprockets and a couple other. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
It was drone footage that was flown legally and NOT over CW’s property. I know this because I’m in contact with the person who filmed it. I have seen the raw footage. Yes, I would say the park should have been a little more careful, then again the person who took the footage shouldn’t have released it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It’s possible you may see it at KI. CF parks have been rolling the Pre-K pass out over the last couple of seasons across the parks. There are a lot of factors as to why they are offering it, such as demographics, competition, and much more. I would suggest contacting the park via email and ask if they are going to offer it. If they see an interest, they may decide to offer it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Here is my "prediction". This seems to make the most business sense and would correlate with the closing of Dinosaurs Alive. There is a lot of land between Racer and FOF for a station and queue. Also opening up the entrance to Coney Mall would help traffic flow.

What ride did KI make the biggest mistake in getting ride of

Biggest mistake they made was getting rid of Enchanted Voyage/Smurfs and KCKC Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I can say someone employed at KI did it. Full timer, seasonal employee, who knows? Someone does know if it legit or not, but they won’t say either way on this forum. Just be mindful of those who think they know all that happens in the park, because they likely don’t have a clue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I found out what is going into the space previously occupied by Dinosaurs Alive....fossils. Lol Well, only employees had access to that area during Winterfest since it’s on the other side of the tracks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Doubtful, as the start up temp for MT is 35F Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

More than likely MT has given its last rides for the year as temps for the remaining days of WF will not reach the start up temp of 35. Then again, Cincinnati weather is crazy and changes very quickly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Here you go. You have to give them props for trying. Since it’s a new coaster they would have to see where the threshold was concerning cold and snow. Of course an empty train is going to go much slower and more of a chance to valley. https://youtu.be/JexX-I6I4Kw Video provided by Brendon Carey

It would make sense for Racer. They could technically shut down one side after the labor day weekend for its yearly overhaul, then reopen it for Winterfest. That would give them 11 weeks for a rehab on the one side. Not sure if it could be done in that time. I know there is a lot they have to do during winter breakdown. I guess we shall see.
