  1. I really wish they would just give up with the north gate and just expand the south one (and give it a light!). It's always impossible to tell if the north one is open or not until it's too late to turn in.
  2. I'm sure that Cedar Fair and Mondial know what is and isn't safe operation of the ride. Interesting, it's the "Don't kick the next seat, guys." signs that seem to have closed WS at CW the first time... First day it was open, no stickers: Reopening, new "Warning!" stickers added: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tg1bUK9-afQ
  3. Because Cedar Fair never shows favoritism for Cedar Point (and Knott's), right?
  4. People in the preferred lot would be a lot more upset if someone wasn't staffing it... and I think they eventually stop staffing that one, too. And I think security staffs that position, not admissions.
  5. And people wonder why the prices go up... perhaps part of it is that the people making the food have a habit of ignoring the portion sizes that they are required to follow...?
  6. And, by 5PM, most people who are going to spend their day at the park have already come... there has to be a point where they stop staffing it for the day because not that many more people are coming.
  7. I'm sure that nobody would mind the raised pass prices to account for that extra position being staffed even once the lot has been filled. When do you suggest they stop staffing it?
  8. What's the point of staffing a full parking lot? Better spots can easily be found later in the day in the regular parking lot...
  9. The first aid vehicles have the bottom part of the PKI logo, but not the Paramount's part. There's some keychains with Paramount Parks pricetags in Emporium that have the old-style logo, minus the Paramount's part, on them.
  10. Or, no account required... 1. http://www.imgur.com 2. Click "Computer" 3. Select the image you want to upload 4. Click "Start Upload" 5. Use the URL that's "Direct Link (email and IM)"
  11. Oh, whatever! Hey, I finally have evidence that what's now Skyline did used to have serving windows in the back! And I had no idea that the Dodgems weren't original to that location.
  12. It does hold the record for the longest wooden coaster.
  13. I think Wild Thornberries was in the Brady Bunch episode?
  14. All the times I've gotten blue ice cream this year it's been the same as last year.
  15. I didn't know that they served KI's blue ice cream down the street.
  16. Because security will make you delete the photo from your camera.
  17. Yeah. They know about that loophole, lol.
  18. I'm pretty sure that you can't get it emailed without buying one of the other photo options also.
  19. Considering that it's still there, I hope they fixed the drainage. The two times I tried to use it this year, it was overflowing with water.
  20. It's still weird... KI's restrooms aren't exactly empty all the time, so I can't imagine how something could go on in one without someone noticing. The whole situation just seems weird.
  21. They've done stranger things.
  22. Tower Gardens? I had to walk through there a few times on Monday, it's super creepy there, all 4 times I cut across it I didn't see a single other person...
  23. Okay, nevermind about the fountain, I totally thought it was in the wrong spot... nevermind, it's still there apparently!
  24. Really? When I was leaving, it looked like there was an orange cone covering up its plumbing hookup, and I didn't see the fountain anywhere...
  25. I doubt that KI security controls when Mason police release something. I just find it highly suspicious that the woman didn't appear to have reported it to park security- if something happened, wouldn't you report it to a park employee who would then call security instead of calling and telling Mason police that her son had been "assaulted earlier in the day"? I really want to doubt this, but does anyone think she was possibly looking for a handout from the park? I really, really hope this isn't what happened, but why would ANYONE not immediately tell park security what happened?
