Carowinds has the pricing up for 2012 passes, and Platinum passes are coming in at $159. I wonder if this is going to be an across the board price, or if its the promo price that comes with a new ride announcement.

Well they have announced the date 2012 Season passes go on sale, and on Twitter have announced in a scrambled format the names of the new mazes, so you can't say they haven't announced anything this month.

nightmare alley sounds like it should be where Backlot Stunt Coaster is.. because wouldnt a backlot be off of an alley?

Which I'm guessing is : Nightmare Alley(Highlight to see)

Busch Gardens williamsburg is def. one of the most beautiful parks I have been to. It was such a sight to see. I don't think I will ever see a show as good as Celtic Fyre as they dance on the table right in front of me.

Thats kind of depressing... unless Platinum passes go on sale for under 150

I have never ridden anything like Maverick at any of the parks I have been to.

I thought they weren't supposed to get it till 2013? At least that is what their local papers say.

I have to say that my experiences on Magnum have been about the same. Every once in a while I will get a good ride that I enjoy, but most of the time I just feel like I'm jarred all over the place.

Hasn't it already been said by Kings Island that our DA is a long-term investment?

King's Island needs a ride like Da Vinci's Cradle at Busch Gardens. If you have never ridden it, it in itself is almost worth the trip to BG in my opinion. It has CRAZY air time.

I'm just wondering, has Cedar Point said they are taking out the Paddle Wheel Excursions?
