Call me obsessed but when I get my 1st house I'm planning on dedicating a room to KI, like maybe an office or mancave, with some custom decor and such. I have a few ideas but I thought it would be neat to share on here!

A T-Rex would be optimal. Our park is too big for a Raptor from a capacity standpoint.

I wonder if anything added the Crypt building will be the next "in between" coaster, similar to how WMG was built between Leviathan and Yukon Striker.

Was decoding always this easy? I was here for decoding 2014 and there were huge debates about what the ride was going to be up to the announcement date. I was also around here for Decoding 2017 and there were still giant debates on elements and such up until the actual announcement of the ride. Have we just gotten better decoding things?

After looking at all the ride pdf files and blueprints I have one major question. What DON'T we know? I know its a dumb question but it seems like we've found out a lot in these past few weeks. We don't know the final info like official height, speed, name, colors, etc but what other factors of this ride can be out of our reach as of now?

Heres an updated/ more realistic list Its been discussed on here that CF has a 5 year plan for its parks which obviously includes KI. Assuming one starts after 2020- what do you think would be the park's 5 year plan? Here's mine 2021: Planet Snoopy additions (interchangeable with 2023) 2022: 50th Anniversary celebration 2023: Waterpark additions (interchangeable with 2021) 2024: Possible flat ride and coaster construction 2025: Next coaster Some of these could be combined or multiple things could occur at in one season.

Using the height in the name is an easy marketing technique. Carowinds wanted people to know how tall Fury was so they put 325 in the name. On the other hand Kings Dominion called their coaster Intimidator 305 to distance it from Intimidator from Carowinds.

I talked to CF executives during my internship at CP during a panel about the likeness of a resort or hotel at KI. They said KI was more of a regional park. I wonder if they're shooting themselves in the foot after learning about this new campground or not.

I would love more off year improvements. 2019 is a perfect example of it- International Street got upgraded, the Glockenspiel returned, we got a new restaurant, as well as a bunch of other cool things. Id be happy if the part made small, non expensive changes and upgrades each season. My priority list for small scale upgrades: Bringing back some Adventure Express theming and adding more to Oktoberfest.

On a similar note, the old photo booth building will be utilized for the new coaster. Do you think this ride will follow a story like MT and have different parts/scenes through the different buildings

Could you imagine that for a second? A Dive coaster with the layout of a hyper. Expensive but still cool!

The idea that whichever trademark isn't going to be used on the new coaster will be used for Flight of Fear still kind of vexes me a bit.

He also thought The Banshee was going to be a wing coaster based off of the blueprints. That guy's a legend, he's probably just either trolling or a little rusty on his blueprint knowledge

I would enjoy future traveling attractions to come to KI like Monster Jam and others. I thought it was cool when the Budweiser Clydesdales came to the park.

Without tourists Cedar Point wouldn't be what it is today. Kings Island doesn't really have to worry about attendance like Cedar Point does because the park will always be surrounded by big midwestern cities.

What is the speed people are calculating? I know it'll be in the 90mph ballpark but how high or low that number will be.

My God.

I often look at Goliath at SFGA and I'm suprised at the lack of wood in the lift hill in comparison to SOB or even SV. With the right mechanics it COULD be rebuilt but I don't know if PR would like that.

Saved? No. Rebuilt? .........Maybe.
