New Hall of Fame Inductee
That would be a dream come true. Seeing the photos in Coney BBQ and the concept art at The Beast makes me want it even more. I believe there are still some remnants of defunct rides stored in the park that could put on display.

Kings Island Easter Eggs
I think it's merely an easter egg, a fun little tribute to the park's history. SOB being the biggest callback, as it built its entire theme around a reference to AE's station master recording, which is kinda cool in retrospect.

Area 72
I like this idea. But either way, I think it is time a more permanent attraction comes to that space. As much as the TR:TR building is an eyesore, AT is even bigger one IMO.

Pass Perks
Unfortunately, no they can't. They are attached to a specific pass. However, I'm not really sure where you redeem the "Skip the Line" pass. Are the associates able to scan your pass at the ride? I've never seen that done before. Depending on the fine print, as long as there are no restrictions to certain rides, your mother might be able to use it on the Antique Cars.

Pass Perks
It seems like a lot of people are receiving this perk today, including me. Strangely, I got the e-mail twice.

Pass Perks
I'm pretty sure the "retro logo" shirts are the plain-colored tees with the Kings Island logo in white lettering, which are offered at a lower price than the other shirts.

Orion Construction Photos
If we're talking memes, yeah sure, I guess it's no big deal. But... One of the reasons this is a rule is because we have members here who have had their photos copied and shared with zero credit and sometimes with the addition of a watermark, implying that it's original content. It's a huge deal for content creators, even for hobbyists who make no money from it. I run a movie-related website where I occasionally post movie reviews/articles and this is one of the reasons why I started listing a film's credited still photographers when I post productions photos on the social media accounts. Because very few ever seem to do that on similar accounts and the photographers deserve to be credited for their work. It only takes a moment to credit a source and drop a link. In one member's case, they go through the effort of taking photos from charted flights, so yeah, respectfully, it's kind of a big deal.

Kings Island Easter Eggs
That's the one. The symbol was a part of SOB's theming (pictured a few posts above), and IIRC that too was a callback to Adventure Express' original plot as Outpost 5 was the mine cart's intended destination. Every so often, someone spots one of those somewhere and thinks it's the sign of SOB's return. I'm hoping Orion has one or two of these symbols on a wall, crate, sign or something.

What comes after the 2020 Giga?
This concept is such a no-brainer. With 50 years of panels, 45 television specials, 5 movies, and a television series, Peanuts has a wealth of material and iconography to pull from. I'd like to see a few more easygoing ride experiences catered to families looking to make memories with their younger kids/grandkids, like many of our families did on The Smurfs' Enchanted Voyage.

Skyline vs. Goldstar
I like both, but I only get coneys. If I had to choose, I guess it would be Skyline, but neither of them are as bad as fans of the other would make it seem.

Nuances like this really make wish there were more detailed resources for the history of these rides.

On this date in 1970...
I already mentioned that. I am curious when it was re-routed, but surely it couldn't have been so soon? EDIT: When did they add the walls to the final brake run? And more importantly, WHY? It looks much better without them.

On this date in 1970...
D'oh! I'm so used to the current setup that I've completely forgotten about that. Looking at the photo again, the wooden rails on the walkway appear to have a bluish hue. Is that because of the light or were they originally painted that way?

Looks like there are red trains on both sides. Also, when was the exit changed?

On this date in 1970...
I'm curious. It says the first trial run was in September of 1971, how long did it take to build? Was it really a full year?

Does the Banshee rattle bother you?
To tell you the truth, I'm not even sure if I even noticed the rattle before this thread.

Haunt 2019 Discussion
Maybe so they can have The Great Pumpkin Ale Fest at Soak City? So The Undertaker is no more? That's a major bummer. As far as I'm concerned his ghoulish personality is the face of Haunt. I'd hate to see the character retired.

Orion Construction Photos
I'm curious, what is it with the vehicles? Is that where the Orion swag will be sold, similar to the little stand that sells Mystic Timbers merch? Ride photos? Orion van giveaway? Don's sweet new ride?

That appears to be the exit. Judging by the image, Fast Lane will be the left portion of the stairway, similar to Diamondback's.

Possibility of another 200ft+ Coaster
I don't think this should be a deciding factor. There are a lot of us who, for one reason or another, aren't able to travel to multiple parks a year. I personally have yet to experience a RMC Hybrid and would love to see one at the park.

Haunt 2019 Discussion
I've always wondered why Great Pumpkin Fest wasn't in Planet Snoopy to begin with. It's even in the name.

Orion Construction Photos
I'd like to see a documentary on every ride at KI, those old, new, and long gone. They're all worthy.

From what I understand, the pond surrounding The Beast was the same way with coins (and garbage).

The Original Bat
Were adult sizes made for that shirt? Asking for a friend.
