Just to let everyone know and not start a new thread, Maverick is coaster #500 for designer Wener Stengel. 74% of coasters ranked in the world were designed by Stengel.

The problems with SOB are not in the design itself. It is the trains for the most part and the poor building by whomever built it.

Exactly what good media exposure does ACE bring? Never seen them on the national news. Only time I have seen ACE is on Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, or National Geographic Channel.

The fact that ACE is coming to Kings Island has no bearing what so ever on what is going to be installed at the park. Enthusiasts make up about .0000000000000000001% of total guests. Would you cater to them?

Not holding my breath, but I hope it happens. As much as I love Camden Park, I'd like to see something on a larger scale for West Virginia. Believe me, it wouldn't draw only from West V.

Boddah, that is the same organization. They are a useless group. If they got a splinter from some wood in line for The Beast, they'd complain about it. No, there is no real validity in these injuries. Like Boddah said, they are tryin to sell parks their services and when they refuse, they are trashed on their web site.

I was looking through the history section at some classic photos of the Demon. In some of the photos, the color is obviously off. I was wondering what colors were used? I think the train was yellow like in the pics, but not sure about the track. And, other than The Beast, has any other coaster at KI had two lift hills?

Whatever Cedar Fair Entertainment decides, I believe that they are going to stick with the strategy already in place set by Paramount. Although, I think we can expect a new, thrilling coaster a lot sooner than Paramount had planned on.

^Freakin' hilarious! The last coaster at CP I would want to see relocated to any other park is Disaster Transport. I don't really care for TR:TR, but it is better than DT.

You don't know that any of the ride names will be changed. Part of their contract, from what I understand, allows them the option to either keep the Paramount name and themes for x number of years, or they can drop it altogether.

Not heard of it. However, here in West Virginia, there is a prison that is supposedly haunted located in Moundsville. MTV and Ghost Hunters have both visited.

^Really. Do the right thing, dude. I guess they figured that no one would notice $11,000 gone in the grand scheme of things. I really can't explain why they allowed it to go so long other than to say who knows exactly how long they knew it was going on. Was it when they reached $5,000, $8,000? Once they did notice, they had to let it go on so that they would do it again and could catch them on tape to build a case against them.
