Time Machine has been tested within the last month? Any proof of this?

Tested or not it's SBNO because the park is closed not due to Mechanical error, it's Freestyle Music Park in SC I believe.

The only thing that I see on Screamscape is that the maintenance bay doors were open on two different days with what someone who was driving saw "test dummies," however couldn't provide photographic proof.

Did they also see any green Intamin track?

I was thinking it, you said it. Also I think it's funny that on Screamscapes website on both the 19th and the 21st it was raining and could not get a picture.

Props to Intamin!

Props to Intamin?

I'm not an amusement park operator, but if I were, I'd find this much unscheduled downtime unacceptable...

Did you expect any other response from our resident Intamin minister of propaganda?

I can picture him now...

"Yeah Kingda Ka fell. But at least its collapse gave a more thrilling ride than any B&M, bro."

You know we love ya, YoungStud (at least, I think deep down most of us do). ;) It's just so fun to tease you.

Are you for real YD? If I was KD I would be looking for a way to file a lawsuit with Intamin if possible for a percentage of the lost revenue to the park. Think of the countless people that did not go to the park because it was down, myself included.

I can understand a few weeks for a part, but this amount of down time was way unacceptable.

Stuff happens. Intamin got it taken care of in record time. We dont know what happened. There could have been a power surge, lightning, or maintenance issue.

If the world was perfect a racecar would never blow an engine.

If kd released their attendance numbers it woild be safe to bet that their attendence spiked with i305. It has already probably paid for itself.

Not if those extra visitors are Ohioans using Platinum Passes that they already had for park entry, and then spend all day without buying anything.
