Watched a bit of the video and I gotta say if you're going to get your feelings hurt by anything South Park says then you shouldn't watch it. It is a crude show and they say lots and lots of offensive things. JMO.

A State can't be assumed based on county name. There's a Brown county in Indiana, a Butler County in Pennsylvania, a Warren County in New York, and a Hamilton County in Tennessee.

Pennsylvania technically isn't a state. Nor Kentucky, Virginia or Massachusetts. All four are Commonwealths.

Rhode Island is officially the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.

I'm guessing they are waiting on a specific piece of track or support to be delivered before they continue. I haven't seen any activity from CJ, and very little from Clifford so far today.

You'd think supports could be put up without track being there though. Who knows...

From the photo in that video of CJ, it appears there are 4 track supports laying on the ground ready for installation.

I drove by the plant a week ago, there was one trailer there with 2 pieces of track and one small support. That's probably been dropped off by now though.

In other news, I see a 3rd "Clifford" crane off to the right, intersecting with Clifford Junior.
