Both Wildfire and Lighting Rod have topper track example: photo imagejpg1-2.jpg If I'm not mistaken the wheels of a coaster roll along the tracks. The track we see in this photo is painted red. The track looks oddly metallic for "wood".

Project info shared with no sources, sources flashed as proof to justify egos, and finally, some real updates. Looks like I'm all caught up on  the ol' decoding thread!  ;)

^^ that's not what is being used on either Wildfire or Lightning Rod

Both Wildfire and Lightning Rod use this style of track, it is just painted Brown not red.

How long before the Banshee announcement were the combs sent to the media?

I think only like a week or 2 in advance, but the difference is that the Banshee combs had a specific date and time (if I'm correct) while these are like a media day announcement announcement. Still though, this seems a lot earlier than Banshee's

We don't know what's on the other side of that card. Maybe there is a date there that has an embargo date attached to it...

I'm thinking I might not be crazy thinking the name on the Tin Man boat by DB was painted darker after I first noticed it. I think maybe my wild speculation may be a real hint at this point.

Laying my odds on Lumberjack for a name at this point, but no proof.

Their wooden coasters, though easily not entirely wood, still arent entirely steel. To call them steel is just as off as calling them wood.

Storm Chaser is entirely steel. And supposedly from these plans, it is showing a steel structure, and if it were to be an I-BOX with a steel structure, like Storm Chaser, that would be entirely steel.

This is Cedar Fair! It's obviously going to be either Lumberhawk, Splinterhawk, Timberhawk, or something along those lines ;)

I don't see how this is different than Adventure Express or Gemini as far as classification goes. Oh well, only enthusiasts care about that anyway.
