  • Cedar Fair rejects bid from SeaWorld https://www.themeparkinsider.com/flume/202202/8783/ It was fun while it lasted.

  • I do not like this at all. I’ve really been liking the direction KI is headed and I feel this takeover would stop everything dead in its tracks.

  • I agree, KI has been heading in a very good direction, especially with the park trying to honor the parks own history.

Agreed....I'm glad that Cedar Fair is staying put for good!!   And what's more is that Cedar Fair Parks already made the right decision and the right choice to say a BIG FAT NO to Sea World/Busch Gardens offer to takeover the Cedar Fair parks....  I'm proud of Cedar Fair parks are doing the right thing to reject Sea World/Busch Gardens's offer...  That fact.

Cedar Fair rejected.  Thank goodness SEAS horrible mgmt is not coming to the Taft parks

^Well, that didn't age well!  But it's important to note that this is a blog, not a news article.

Glad to see this failed. Wish CF would have countered and bought SEAS though. Got bored of those parks after a couple years and would love to see an actual thrill park come along. Plenty of folks here that would love a park with a dozen or more Coasters in it.
