  1. Today
  2. Planet Coaster? Nothing says Peanuts and family fun like playing Planet Coaster lol
  3. The International Street webcam is now on again.
  4. Same concept and both in the same area, just a different theme to the Peanuts characters. Some older Planet Coaster rides were incorporated into Camp Snoopy when they added a new coaster and playground area. Here are the rides in Camp Snoopy. https://kicentral.com/camp-snoopy/ Here are the rides in Planet Snoopy https://kicentral.com/planet-snoopy/
  5. Wow they are saying it is open on Easter now LOL
  6. Right LOL. Even to parks he has never visited
  7. Gotta keep him posting screenshots all day every day across a gagillion facebook groups.
  8. It was to make Logan think it was being removed
  9. Weird....apparently the first fence was a quick decision.
  10. Great news! The Beast WILL be ready on opening day. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/167A54GUmP/?mibextid=wwXIfr
  11. Yesterday
  12. That would be nice to see, though I'm doubtful Six Flags would be interested in bringing back an attraction like that. Especially when Cedar Point's Snake River Expedition only lasted three seasons.
  13. I've been seeing some of the pictures and videos looking at the Nighthawk plot, and it looks like the land bridge from the Thunder Road area (across from Thunder Striker) to the Nighthawk pathway has been completely removed. This could either be a good sign for those of us wanting the Carolina Sternwheeler to make a return, or it could just be for something else that would require the removal of the pathway.
  14. Shawn---Yes, I will do that when I get that chance.....as long as I have time available then I will make plans to take photo of Adventure Express then I will let you know......I want to take my time and not rush..... And yes, I do appreciate the compliments...now that I'm chasing the goals not only with getting my 2,000th ride with the Adventure Express but I do have The Bat (330) & Cargo Loco (435) so both rides are getting somewhere close to my 500th ride. I got this and can do it and promise you all that nothing stops me or get in my way of achieving my goals. It will be more exciting when I hit my 2,000th ride with the Express this Summer.....but it will be within the next few months to reach that goal.
  15. The wood fence looks much nicer IMO. Definitely better than the chain link fences I've seen surrounding the Nighthawk plot at Carowinds.
  16. They took down the blue fence for a wood fence it appears.
  17. I for one am glad and very appreciative of the clarification. Even something as simple as two sentences, they stated why the delay of assembly and I'm glad the park was able to help remedy the rumor situation. Also shows that the park is willing to go the extra mile to keep some of these historic rides going, even if it takes a little longer than they anticipated.
  18. Just re-read this and had a thought: a better system would be to stagger the start of half of the shows 2yr runs. That would at least change things up from year to year. Maybe we'll see some better variety once we're further out of the post-merger shake up. I'd personally welcome an expanded run of Phantom Theater Encore, Country Crossroads, and Hot Blooded. The decades shows (Motown, 70s On Demand, and Totally '80s) always felt like a nice and easy way to entertain everyone too.
  19. What is the difference between Camp Snoopy & Planet Snoopy? We will be taking our granddaughter this summer who will be 8. Are both area rides going to be appropriate for her?
  20. That description is remarkably blunt! I thought it was another fabrication when I first saw it, but now I can see it's real. Very interesting to see this considering the lack of other communications from the park. Link to the park website below for the source. https://www.visitkingsisland.com/rides-experiences/monster
  21. For those that were wondering about Monster! Now on the website.
  22. All season dining plans can only be purchased at ticket windows or guest services. You can purchase all day dining products at food stand locations that participate in the dining plan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I would've thought the permit for that would be filed with all of the other permits for the area. It's something that can be easily assembled, but the permitting seems like a step that should've taken place sooner than now. On the note of purchasing meal plans, it's cheapest to buy online. I wish there weren't extra fees for doing so in person, but that just seems to be how it is. Don't get me started on cashless systems either — they're easier for businesses that use them but that's about it.
  24. The problem is right now the stage there is built specifically for the stunt style shows there. Maybe in future years though as I don't think those stunt shows will last forever.
  25. I think they could almost certainly fill out the International Showplace
