  1. Because there is not one but two oil reserves off the coast of Florida that could provide the United States with 100 billion barrels of oil. Also there is another 20-50 billion barrel reserve in brazil. The middle east isnt the only place with oil. Just think of Enough to last us 100 years. how oil is formed. Enough to last us 100 years. Plus if they would get off the fact that a few polar bears and some other aniamls may day they can start to drill in the Alaskan reserves. Granted it takes 10 years to build a refinery but maybe the the fact they are building one would be enough to lower the prices some. I think its more of a poltical thing or they fact they are trying get lower emissions from cars.
  2. Yea you are probaly right since Cedar Fair does like suspense and keeping the enthusist guessing.
  3. Don't post the picture. It makes me sad.
  4. I would ride Flight of Fear, Firehawk, Beast. Those really are the only must rides for me every visit to Kings Island. The others I can take it or leave it.
  5. I never really looked at the lake. Back in the 1st year Cedar Fair owned the park I saw Mr. Kinzel and some of his higher ups pointing at the lake and talking amongest them-selfs. I didn't think anything of it but maybe they were talking about this. My dad really misses the lake but he is more of an old school type person when it comes ot amusment parks.
  6. Pretty cool. I can't wait to hear what this is all about.
  7. They say there is a shortage of oil but that is a bunch of crap. 19 MPG I wish I was that lucky.
  8. It is impossible to predict the wait times. Some weekdays can be very crowded while a sunny weekend could have light crowds even though its less likely. No matter how good you are you can never really predict how crowded the park will be much less wait times.
  9. I don't think Sunday the crowds will be too bad. Alot of people might not go to the park when its open just on the Sunday. But I don't know much.
  10. I remeber the lights working at one point in time. The fish tailing never worked or at lease I never noticed it.
  11. I'll be there but I am not sure for how long. I have a paintball match up on Sunday some time.
  12. Yea the first few weeks the ride was open and everything was wokring it was a pretty fun ride. Well, since then it has went down hill.
  13. It looks sad there. I think ti will be a better ride at GL but they had to do what they had to do.
  14. Doulbe Loop at Geuaga Lake. That ride had some real problems and about gave me a concussion.
  15. The sign at KD has been replaced. So if this is any indacation well then yes.
  16. Only $10-$12 for third shift?!? Thats all I got to say about that.
  17. They should have done the now pictures in the summer when things are green.
  18. Can't wait to get back into the park and waste all that countless time standing in lines.

  21. I wonder if it has something to do with massive amounts of chemicals and the fact that its indoors.
