  1. Yeah, I saw that on some news show. All I can say is that Thank God Indiana is protecting the Sanctity of Marriage.
  2. Not been to NJ in years but I never run into many problems in NY.
  3. I normally don't run into that much at the parks. If I do see something questionable, I don't have an issue saying something to the people involved. That usually is all it takes.
  4. LOL, had ya danced.... maybe ya would have got the hot women, man. LOL, good man.
  5. There was a young girl in line in front of me for Delirium last year whos thong was showing.. on purpose. I pulled her sweat pants up over it and she turned around laughed and told me I wasnt her mother! I laughed and said "Ooooh, and youre lucky Im not." My post about Lazy River apparently got deleted ..but lets just say they were doing more than making out on the tube..and in front of my 10 yr old no less..they got called on it and the girl got embarrassed.. Your kids always seem to be in bad places. Does bad luck seem to follow you? Kinda like Shleprock?
  6. Str8 folks? I didn't go there to dance...I went there to drink beer and pick up women. At the Dixie..if you couldn't pick up a woman there...you had to be a real loser. I rest my case.
  7. I just figure that they're poor kids that can't afford to buy clothes that fit.
  8. It actually was a chain of Disco's. LOL - Str8 folk never could get dance clubs right. Create a group of dance clubs that have all the uniqueness of a McDonalds.
  9. cough...Microsoft????...cough DeLorean???? ...cough
  10. Hmmm.... (WooferBear thinks to himself) the photos of Chef's wife do not represent a full figured woman. In fact, Chef's wife seems to be pretty and on the average to more petite size.
  11. Read the sign outside the ride. That may be a helpfull hint. Signs do not limit liability. And that could be a concern if the ride is causing contusions.
  12. For years, the official park address was Kings Island, OH.
  13. I suppose they were the type of people who were hoping and praying that something would go wrong. In my mind, that's just pathetic. Truly pathetic. Are these the same people who slow down traffic to gawk at a traffic accident as they pass by it on the Interstate? I have to admit that I took a sigh of relief when he landed the jump well. Maybe it's just being a biker but I was really, really hoping that it would go well. When I saw that the ramp went out over about three trucks, I actually felt better about the jump. I like the fact that it was more about the jump and record than the fact that it was a "death defying" thing. Robbie's father was more into the less than safe things.
  14. Thinking about it. I think that it probably has a lot to do with self image and self security issues. Usually those that are confident & secure in themselves and in their relationships do not have the need to do that.
  15. Yup, never felt the need to be all over your partner or date at the park. A quick peck, don't see an issue with. Holding hands, ok. Deep and penetrating kisses, you're just showing off.
  16. Someone Call Deputy Dog?
  17. No Silly! It was done in conjunction with Taft Broadcasting and Hanna Barbera Productions! Jesh Interp, you're getting to be senile! <G> ..... WooferBear is a bit Sunburned and Kinda Slap Happy.
  18. Fine. Please explain Taft's Enchanted Voyage... It was a ride that was very similar to a hydro flume. Essentially a dark ride, riders would float through a variety of scenes that were made up of HB characters. Was very, very popular an dlater became the Smurf's Enchanted Voyage.
  19. I think that Disney has trademarked the use of Enchanted. If you're going to be enchanted, you best check with them first.
  20. There is no doubt about that. Eight years ago $1 Canadian = $1.59 American. Today both dollars are almost equal. I also believe that the title needs to change for this topic. Gas hit $3.99 today in NW PA. Actually you've got that backwards...eight years ago $1US=approximately $1.59 Canadian. By the way, the Canadians are very touchy about the "American" terminology. They are Americans, too...being inhabitants of North America. US citizens are not the only Americans... First time I went to Canada's Wonderland was on a supervisors trip. Well, we road in one of this 15 people vans. At the boarder, we were asked by the boarder guards to declare our citizenship. One of the supervisors said that they were "American." The boarder guard became very irritated and lectured them about their arrogance and that they were American as much as anyone in the van. LOL, lesson learned. And that was long before 9/11.
  21. I would say the changes of Anheuser-Busch selling out would be somewhere between slim and none. The prospect of a hostile take over would be sheer insanity on the part of a foreign buyer. In one fell swoop they would put a major manufacturer out of business.
  22. Spoken like someone that's never ridden it. Yep. The backwards loop was really cool....... And an incredible feeling when the train drops off the return platform and into the loop.
  23. Oh really? What is it that you didnt like about Cypress Gardens? The Park is absolutely visually stunning, The water ski show is superb, and they really have some nice rides with limited waits! I would have to agree with you Cory. Cypress Gardens has always been a nice park.
