Yesterday I was at PKI from 10 AM to after 11 PM - and I was one of the very last people to ride The Beast. As of today, PKI is CLOSED until next April. Now what? In other words, what will YOU do between now and when PKI re-opens next April? Sincerely, Italian Chef

After the 2nd great PKIC Day, we came to an agreement on the un-official PKI Video Day at Siam Orchid. It'll be on Sunday, January 18th, 2004 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Dane will soon post more information. Thus far, I have have the following videos: 1. The Brady Bunch at Kings Island. 2. The Partridge Family at Kings Island. 3. Top 10 Coasters (featuring The Beast and SOB) 4. Thus far I've submitted my Phantom Theater and Adventure Express stories. I have 2 more in mind. PLEASE submit comments on my past work to help me write my next 2 stories.

My second favorite area is Coney Mall because of Flight of Fear. I also enjoy The Racer, the Paramount FX Theater, Zephyr, Scrambler, and sometimes Vortex.

During today's sneak preview tour, Mr. Siebert hinted that we might notice something different about TR:TR next season. What , if anything? We'll have to wait.

Mr. Siebert said today that it was highly probably that Boomerang Bay will offer imported Australian beer. I can't wait! More beer mate! Crocodile Italian Chef :chef:

Today I had an incredibly great time at PKI even though my beloved wife, Mrs. Chef, couldn't be there. I hung out with Ryan, Dane, Dan, Amber, Jonah, Eric, and many others from last time. Plus I met new people like Greg, Captain & Mrs. Picard, and others. And I ran into SOBRider at Jeff Siebert's behind the scenes tour. And I was most pleased that total strangers approached me, told me that they bought my book (The Unofficial Guidebook to Paramount's Kings Island) and complimented me on it. The day was long as I was at the park from 10 AM to after 11 PM. I rode The Beast 4 times, FoF twice, Adventure Express, The Racer, Vortex, SOB, Top Gun, the Paramount FX Theater (Elvira's Superstition), Curse of the Crypt, Maze of Madness, The Racer, Flying Eagles, Zephyr, and that's all I can remember. We had lunch at Mandarin Cuisine and dinner at Festhaus. The people whom I hung out with were very kind and very cool. I am most pleased to be part of the outstanding PKIC community and look forward to future outings such as this. Please allow me to thank those of you who hung out with me, have bought my book, have said nice things about my writings, and even just people who are kind. PKI has given me the opportunity to meet many great people and I feel blessed and priviledged. I've made many friends and look forward to future good times. We'll see what happens in 10 years. My guess is that unless Hanna-Barbera makes a comeback with children, when SDATHC goes......so will all of Hanna-Barbera Land to be replaced by an enlarged Nickelodeon Central.

Every year Mrs. Chef and I go to all of FearFest's haunted attractions, the USS Nightmare, and sometime more. However, this year Mrs. Chef is pregnant, so she did nothing. I went to FearFest with my friend Boddah a few weeks ago. On Halloween itself I didn't get any trick-or-treaters and never do because I live in an apartment building. I bought Mrs. Chef a bouquet of Halloween flowers and prepared a Halloween themed dinner for Mrs. Chef and I just like I always do. This year it was candied baby carrots, meatloaf baked and served in a pumkin, rice, and Halloween cupcakes. I drank red wine and Mrs. Chef drank red grape juice. And we watched 2 horror films...American Vampire (totally LAME!) and Hellraise (great as always). That was my Halloween, not so exciting. Have a great day everybody! Sincerely, Count Italian Chef

The cold weather would make it virtually impossible to operate nearly all of PKI's outdoor attractions. However, the indoor attractions could be operated, namely: 1. Flight of Fear 2. Scooby Doo & the Haunted Castle 3. The Paramount FX Theater 4. The Eiffel Tower (okay, it's semi-outdoors, but can operate in the cold) 5. Laser Tag (Pay as you play though) 6. The Paramount Theater (A Christmas show can be held there) 7. Festhaus (A character meal can be held there) Hence, Winterfest can return. However, with so few attractions, I don't know if PKI would have much financial incentive to revive Winterfest. Have a groovy day! Italian Chef

I chose Rivertown because it's home to The Beast my favorite ride - as well as Mrs. Chef's 2 favorite rides - White Water Canyon and the Kings Island & Miami Valley Railroad. Have a great day! Italian Chef :chef:
