^ Exactly. There is no way to tell how many people, or if any on a given day, are actually getting sick from these dramatic claims.

If the people paying to be entertained at KI do not use proper personal hygiene, imagine those who frequent sites that are free, and additionally, wild animals that do not have opposable thumbs that "go" wherever they want. You also may want to investigate if those destinations test for ecoli and other like bacteria. Also, be wary of those areas after a good rainfall. Think about the amount of people that enjoy these activities Worldwide vs. how many actually get sick. The percentage is rather low because you actually need the "perfect storm" scenario to get sick.
