I love that there was a Space Ghost ride in there. The Flintstones Freeway looked pretty awesome as well.

The average guest at Kings Island doesn't seem to care about the parks cleanliness. Also, people love to add to piles of things, so it just makes things worse.

They just said no reservations, they didn't say capacity limits.

I did not work at the park in 2003, but I worked in Rides in 2004 and 2005 and worked a lot of Fear Fest shifts. I worked in Park Services in 2009-2011. I also worked a lot of Halloween Haunt shifts. Funny to see how much I've grown (or not) since 2002, thanks for bringing back this blast from the past.

Not required, if you were there and you are concerned, you should get tested.

Shamless plug. A friend of mine owns 513Shirts and their masks are great, they don't go around your ears, they go around the back of your head and your neck, or the top of your head if you are smaller. They breathe well and they are fairly light weight. I've been wearing the same two in a rotation while I work the past two months and have had no problems at all.

And the new FEMA flooding guidelines make it even harder to buy a house in that area too.

They wouldn't be open if they weren't going to make money. They know what it takes from an attendance stand point to be open. Also, keep in mind, they are still in passholder previews, the system was only allowing two reservations and its the hottest it has been all year, with no water park.

To all the people who complain about the "rattle" on the B&M coasters at the park, how do you tolerate Beast?

I would assume so. They don't really have the "Entertainment" look.

I would have quit on the spot if they made me do that in Park Services.

The general public doesn't care who makes roller coasters.

But still allowing the IMS to have 175k people in house for the Indy 500, as of today.

My coworker keeps asking me to get a pass so we can go up and ride Orion at lunchtime, I think that'd be taking a half day, minimum.

I mean there is definitely a spike in the Greater Cincinnati area, but Florida, Texas, Arizona are having SIGNIFICANTLY more cases than Ohio.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them cancel Haunt, but continue to keep the park open and do Wintefest as previously planned. They could probably operate more rides as well during Winterfest.

Let me spell it out a little more clearly. You are allowed one reservation at a time. You can only reserve on day between July 2nd and July 11th, as of today. Based on capacity, they may change that requirement.

They said that you won't be allowed through the tolls until 10:30 am, so anyone lining up before then is just wasting time.

Back when I worked in Park Services, we would find beer cans, cheap vodka bottles, etc out in the parking lot, usually not in a trash can. Most Halloween Haunt nights, I won't call it what we used to, because I got in trouble for it on here, I would find pints of vodka and other things in the toilets, garbage cans, etc.

And spend more sanitizing? Who cares if the rest of your group is right behind you or right in front of you, you aren't going to interact with them on the ride. It saves them time and effort and will likely increase capacity.

Not sure if the policy is still the same, but the characters would only walk around for 15 minutes at a time, then have at a minimum of 15 minutes of break in the cool before going back out.
