The lift hill has started reaching toward the sky at a much steeper angle than Mean Streak originally had.

My best recommendation for someone going to IB is to just enjoy it for what it is. It has it's own feel compared to Kings Island or any other major park. Check out the Shaffer Queen (sp?), ride as many rides as possible and just enjoy the atmosphere! There are so many interesting little things about the park it's hard to describe.

Or the person who runs the page may have looked for "info" and was told that statement whether or not it's true...posted the info in hopes of being the first to "announce" it, which would create the post being shared, allowing for the posts to be seen, the would then have people checking the page out, liking it, etc. with having a "click-bait" type post.

They may be able to discuss future projects but they may not be able to discuss for 2017 specifically for CP until the park announces. That's what a NDA does. It prohibits anyone who has signed on to talk about project in any form until it's allowed through the agreement. I believe they said what they were able to say. I also find it very telling that the Facebook page said "RMC says "there's no RMC projects opening in 2017"." Note, they didn't say who they talked to from RMC. They didn't disclose a source other than "RMC says." That reminded me of a page on Facebook that supports Indiana Beach creating a podcast that stated what you could see happening at IB next year because his "source" said so and you'll see once the press releases are out. When looking at the Facebook page you can see it's all about self validation, not valid information.

I'm sure they probably said that...I mean they almost would have to with non disclosures especially when speaking with someone of the "media" (I put quotes there for a purpose). I'm also sure they would have to say that since the park has not announced anything at this point either. There could be validity in that statement but unless it is coming from CP and RMC their-selves publicly and not at a trade show to a member of the "media"/coaster page I will wait for an official word.

The price often changed depending on the day of the week, time of the year, etc.

I have a feeling why we haven't heard/seen more out of IAAPA this year is due to companies sharing information more on Social Media than at the Trade Show. :/

Apparently I am unable to remove a portion of my profile when it comes to social media/contact me. On my profile I have an AOL Instant Messenger User Name, but I no longer have it. Tried to remove it but don't even see AIM anywhere to customize or remove. Help?

Whereas I think the opposite, I feel that CP has more theme, with the likes of Frontier Town (Shoot The Budget err Shoot The Rapids, Maverick, Mean Streak 2.0, Town Hall, Cedar Creek Mine Ride, etc), Camp Snoopy, etc. but that's okay. We can have different views of what has more theming.

Is that... is that... a FULL CAR PHOTO? I've never even considered purchasing an on-ride photo at Cedar Point because they were money-grabbing by taking a separate photo for every ROW on most of the coasters (excluding TTD), rather than a single photo per car like KI does. However, I haven't been to Cedar Point since 2014, so if they've changed things since then, that's good. Yes that is full car...some don't end up that way...but you can edit on the FunPix website.

I wouldn't hold your breath...while we have a pretty good themed queue line for Banshee, Kings Island isn't a theme park. it's an amusement park. Being heavily themed isn't in the current formula for the park.

To me it looks like leaves have been moved there for collection/removal. Doesn't look like blacktop has been removed...if it were, there'd be bigger sections, I would think. Has anyone actually witnessed that stand open? I haven't seen it open in years. Yes on each of my 5 or so trips this year it has been open.

The queue times are kind of posted throughout the park even if they are inaccurate through FunTV's and the digital maps.

As far as FunPix......CP the associates cannot adjust some photos, i.e. Millennium Force. I've tried to get 4 people in the picture and 1/2 of the picture is cut off or the boarder is completely in the way. Note--- FunPix isn't valid at ALL CF parks next season, but many more than 2016. Note--- You can adjust most of your pictures on the FunPix website if you forget to do it at the park. I love the ability to download and print photos from FunPix. I had Shutterfly print over 100 pictures and paid $11 for that. Pretty sweet! Now just to get an album.

I definitely think there needs to be more shading for the queues. I wouldn't be opposed to permanent structures for queues with air conditioning but as far as them being themed, the park would have to go more toward a theme park not it's current state of an amusement park.

I have a strong feeling it'll be runaway train themed.

Wanted to point out, that several coaster clubs got an email today from Tony Clark at CP to share with their members... I hope that none of us here at KIC are silly enough to visit CP while it's closed. But a friendly reminder, please don't do anything to harm the reputation of KIC, GOCC, ACE, Coaster Crew, etc. We'll all know and see it soon enough!
