I'm planning on taking my last ride somewhere between 6-7 and then walking the memorial up to the graveyard in the procession.

The nice thing is that a portion of the ticket sales, depending on attendance is donated to the local Greater Cincinnati Gay & Lesbian Community Center each year. The Center is a non-profit organization as recognized as by the IRS 501©3.

I believe the townships/cities (whichever it is) have moved toward zoning toward mixed use, residential and commercial business.

I mean there are all kinds of tips out there, if there is something specifically you're looking for just let us know. I personally don't have experience with staying at Dream More Resort. But have been to the park enough to give some tips.

Campaigns have come and gone....some tried to purchase Big Dipper and some unfortunately failed.....some have tried to Petition Cedar Fair and some have failed. At this point, I personally believe, any efforts to purchase the property, to reopen the park, to reopen Big Dipper and/or to bring back the glory days would be in vain.

I've only been to KI a handful of times this year, didn't necessarily look for them....but I miss them!

I've seen a lot of complaining throughout social media that the SIX parks additions are just meh...not big enough, disappointing, etc. Aren't they in the process of building a park in Dubai? Wouldn't that stifle capital expenditures? (I'm really not sure if that would have any affect on the current parks). Side notes, I'm not quite sure I get the new water coaster. What's the point of the big discs if the rafts don't even go into them?

Looks like SFSTL will get a disk-o ride Source Source 2 I've also seen this floating around on a few coaster Facebook pages so I don't think it's fake.

Cedar Point is doing them all separate on Frontier Trail

South East Columbus, Vandals don't care about whether or not there are lights....buildings are vandalized on the daily. I wouldn't be surprised if mold hasn't completely destroyed the building. I'm sure they haven't done much in part of the bed bug issue or any of the other issues.

I drove by last night, I was quite surprised to see that the sign for Fort Rapids was illuminated (though the building hasn't been open since February?). Various lights were on throughout the property...wonder who's paying that electric bill.

That would be a great suggestion to send into the park! I'd be on board with that.

Wow! Thanks for sharing! I can't say I'd be disappointed if they razed the building...but maybe it'll have new life and/or will not be a hot mess.
